I tell you a thing or two, as a musician with a masters in music and credits toward a doctorate, I know a quality performance when I see and hear one, I spent a lifetime analyzing what makes good music and good performance shine, the discipline, the hours of practice, the sacrifices, the physical make up of the vocal cords, breathing, diaphragmatic muscles, this kind of performance is not attainable by the likes of say a Bruce Springteen and Madonna, etc., this one sent shivers down my spine, superb, top shelf, the best, believe me when I tell you because I know, be proud because when human beings can attain expression to this level, know that there is a God, thank you for that wonderful performance.

When I first heard Adam Lambert, I thought that his voice was the best I’d ever heard. But, Dan’s voice is so pure, especially his range! I adore him and his talent.
He could've been a lot more famous if he'd chosen to sign with the recording companies that offered him contracts several years ago. Instead he wanted to do his career his own way. He's now finally getting the recognition he deserves.
I am late to this party! I just stumbled upon Mr. Vac two days ago on You Tube. I have listened to him sing as well as talk. This man is the real deal from what I can tell. His voice is very versatile and powerful. I am going to spread the word about him so he can reach his goal of 1,000,000 viewers. God bless him. The first time I heard this song was at a concert two years ago and Charles Billingsley sang it with an opera singer. I cried. Very moving song. These two young artist made it even better. We thought we were part Choctaw til a few years ago when I did our genealogy. You're lucky you had your father long enough to tell you all the information on your family. Our parents were alcoholics and when I was 11, I had to be both mom and dad to my 3 younger brothers, it was hard, but I was the oldest, so it was up to me. Somehow, and only by the grace of the good Lord, I was able to do a pretty good job, with the help of my grandma and my aunt. They became my kids so to speak, this was somewhat normal for the 60's and 70's. We all graduated, I went to mortuary college, the brother a year younger than me became a welder and a top-notch chef, the middle brother taught the guitar, drums, harmonica and he was a vocal coach, the youngest brother became a mechanic. In 1994 we lost our grandma and in 2016 we lost our aunt, in 2017 the brother a year younger than me passed away, he was only 58, in 2018 I lost our middle brother, he was only 56 this almost killed me, it was almost like burying 2 of my own kids. Every time I hear this song, I think of them, not a day goes by that I don't miss them.

This woman's voice is beautiful!!! It's one of the best songs that i have ever heard.
Our parents were alcoholics and when I was 11, I had to be both mom and dad to my 3 younger brothers, it was hard, but I was the oldest, so it was up to me. Somehow, and only by the grace of the good Lord, I was able to do a pretty good job, with the help of my grandma and my aunt. They became my kids so to speak, this was somewhat normal for the 60's and 70's. We all graduated, I went to mortuary college, the brother a year younger than me became a welder and a top-notch chef, the middle brother taught the guitar, drums, harmonica and he was a vocal coach, the youngest brother became a mechanic. In 1994 we lost our grandma and in 2016 we lost our aunt, in 2017 the brother a year younger than me passed away, he was only 58, in 2018 I lost our middle brother, he was only 56 this almost killed me, it was almost like burying 2 of my own kids. Every time I hear this song, I think of them, not a day goes by that I don't miss them.

I lost my 26 year old son almost two years ago it’s hard but I pray for him and others everyday and this help.Dans -Amazing Grace find me last August when I was listening to religious music 🎶 after Christopher death.Now I’m listening to Dan music everyday and this helped me a lot because he is very sincere and his music speaks to everyone I think mostly everyone. I am an old woman who has lost a husband and son and as I face the few days that I may have left I look to people like you… people like you who have made a difference in other peoples’ lives…as my one and most sincere hope that there are others like you out there who continue to persevere in lifting others up so that their life is worth something to them and to others. There is so much waste in our world… and in our culture, to realize that there are people like you out, there gives me hope that our future is not apocalypse as some maintain, but a future with the knowledge that our humanity, and our love of others, will not diminish nor disappear. I glory in the fact that as an 81 year year-old widow from Idaho, and other people who reply with sincerity to you with feeling and warmth and affection, means that we can all persevere, we can all hope that the people we touch and encourage and support will carry on the promise of our humanity.
