I think they were using their body heat to quickly warm her up after that very cold filming with barely any clothes on. Hope that you can check out her recent interview with Eric Nam on his Daebak Show. She had explained about Smoke Sprite, her collaboration with Namjoon and the concept of her new album. She's quite an intellectual, talented, humble and a grounded person like Namjoon.
