The only thing that dictates quality are the guys(foreign business owners) who made the decision to make said products to China to the "lowest" bidder. If a factory can do it cheaper, then it gets to be picked no matter how botch the manufacturing is.
Domestic chinese products are of a higher quality as the Chinese themselves are frugal to their investments in equipment. The only crappy things are the ones made to order for the outside.
The good thing about this abusive truck owners is that they would be angry to the manufacturers if said vehicle could not meet their "own" standards. A design revision is made and it gets spread to the entire product line including trucks for export outside of China. Here in the Philippines, these trucks are really reliable and tough yet cheap to acquire and maintain. In the construction department, they are favored for its strengths but mostly its cheap. Not so much in the petroleum transport as they always choose the european brands. The japanese trucks still held the light and medium duty trucks but not so much on heavy duty trucks as they are more expensive than others.

can someone give me one very good reason why they have to overload these trucks to this extent because there is no way it is any good for suspension and transmissions and brakes that's why the brakes are water cooled obviously design weight dose not count . only asking
short answer is to make more money. truck drivers in China don't get paid as good as in other countries, also intense competition.
