Every single week someone says this has all the makings of an upset on the road. Cam loves playing on the road and Louisville doesn’t have the defense to limit Cam. Brohm is a great coach though hopefully Guidry learned something last year
I enjoyed the show as always. It's great to get a perspective from the other side. I disagree with Dalton's assessment of Miami overlooking local high school recruits. I think there's an interesting dynamic in college football st play. Miami has the better talent of high school recruits from South Florida than Louisville does. The depth is better at Miami, but presents challenges an opportunities. The South Florida high school recruits on the Louisville roster are able to get on the field sooner. Because of the opportunities for early playing time, they are able to develop sooner. As a result, people say those players were misses by Miami. I disagree. The talented high school recruits on the Miami roster have to wait an extra year or two to see the field. That's the delima for high school recruits. Go to the bigger program and sit or go to a program where they can play early? Take Louisville's RB Brown from Miami. He was able to get in the field as a freshman and has become their starter. Contract Brown with Miami's Chris Johnson, who's getting limited snaps in his 2nd year. Is Brown better than CJ? I don't think so. I would argue that Brown would not see the field until yesr 3 at Miami because the RB room is deeper at Miami and Miami demands more from their RBs. Cristobal demands RBs be able to pass block to get plsying time. Brown isn't going to be able to pass block well as a freshman due to inexperience and size. Louisville plays Brown because out of necessity, and Brown has delivered. So, I believe the Miami recruits are better coming out of high school. The guys that Miami didn't recruit are doing well at other schools because they're getting early opportunities.
Louisville 30 Miami 21 and yes Louisville does have 2 loses that has very little to do with this game but since mentioned it if it wasn't for the officials Miami would also have 2 loses. And as a Louisville I will never be concerned with a team that is coached by Mario Cristobal.
@@wvit2831 shut the fuck up the play against cal was not targeting. He hit the QB in the shoulder and he was not a defenseless player. And the Va Tech game it was clearly never a catch. It should have never been called a TD in the first place. He never had control of the ball. The only team that is 4-2 is your cards. Your cards won't be able to slow Cam Ward and our offensive down. Miami wins 45 - 38 in a shootout.
Cal was a very hostile environment!! You must have fallen asleep! I was there...chants of "fk Miami" and players getting things thrown at them. I rewatched the game and TV cleaned it up. Did you see Gameday...I was there too. They were pumped up.
The Tight End room is the most underused mismatch on this team. Both Elijah's Arroyo/Lofton are unguardable at the college level. Riley Williams is another physical mismatch that needs to be exploited. 1 tight end screen to Lofton a game is necessary. Also, can CJ Jr get put in the slot next to the X man? Can he line up in the backfield and get a pitch so he can get the ball while moving? These are the natural physical mismatches. I would think this is obvious to the coaches.
I was just stating how pitiful the defense is,I need to see Bain and Barron dominate and b the best Duo ,& Cam with does dumb decisions it's very disturbing
Cal seemed pretty hostile to me so I don’t know why they think otherwise. Louisville could upset Miami because VT and Cal. Almost did and as loaded I think Miami is, listen up folks, Miami is a target and has been since dominating the Gators. I don’t care how many analysts say this or that, I’m sure there teams ( especially the ones making the playoffs ), are taking notice of the Canes because they know Miami as easily can loose or even get blown out, you can argue the opposite as well. You can talk about Texas all you want but they’re in the same position as well. I personally don’t see a clear cut favorite to win the Natty. I see brackets with Oregon winning it as well as Texas, Georgia and even Miami. I’m not an SEC Minion but I still have Georgia as the favorite only because you can’t count Kirby out once he’s in but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a completely different team to wind it.
we need to come out sharp and score early and often then lean on the run game to eat up time because Louisville can score with us even if we come out scoring it's gonna be a shootout because Brohm is a great coach until we find a way to use Chris Johnson and the tight ends consistently i'm not too sold on Dawson i'm sure any coordinator can find a play or 2 designated to the kid Dwson said in his press conferenc he don't design plays for specific players NEWSFLASH! a good coordinator would do whatever it take with a special talent to score touchdowns hell! I can draw up plays that'll automatically be six in the red zone C.J. can get 20 yards in a freakin blur. I don't wanna keep talkin bout it. I don't wanna see C.J. squandered like Lorenzo Lingard was. Lingards injury played a role GET C.J. INVOLVED! even though teams will hone in on him if he's in that's why you design a play or two especially for tha kid.
Miami Hurricanes Defense Offense focus completely beating toughest opponent Louisville should 6-0 outplayed Irish & could beaten a good SMU5-1 team lost by3 BYU 6-0
Honestly, Louisville offensive is not that explosive they barely scored 20 against Virginia. Explosive offensive put points on the board. If our defense sticks with fundamental and play assignment football and allows them to score more field goals, we can dominate them.
I say Miami 48 Louisville 24, I’m thinking the Canes will focus like they did in Gainesville. Now, even though it’s now called “Canesville” it is a little better home field advantage than Louisville is. Louisville has a better coach and a more explosive offense than the Gators…however I think the Gators have more talent and NFL bodies on defense. So I think Canes will score more points and give up more points than they did in “Canesville”… thst being said if they play defense as they did vs Cal, the Canes might lose. The defense needs to get their head out of their ass, including Lance Guidry, who I still like, but he was schooled by Cal offense in the first half 😊 I have faith 48-24 Canes!!😊
Louisville will win and it won't be close. Creampuff schedule. No running game. World's dumbest coach #6 rating's a joke. I'm surpised that East New York Business College isn't on UM's schedule
Miami will be down 21-7 at halftime.. of course they allowed the big plays mostly missed tackles… then we mount our comeback, lesss go Canes!!! 41-28 Canes
Love the cross-over episodes.
Canes picked a good time to have the team meeting.

Right, learned something last year and their previous games.
Message to Jacoby George. No personal foul penalties. Keep your cool!
I’m glad somebody said it
Miami Hurricanes Defense other weakness is NO-HUDDLE,DB's looking in, miss tackles, turnovers, penalties, staying focused
I predict a lot of cramping.
The score will be 42-17 Miami 7-0 on to Fswhooo homecoming week
NO the U 52-21

Trailing doesn't matter as long as Miami comes out on top! Go Canes. Pluck these birds!
#6 Miami 41 and 2 loss Louisville 31. Miami's ferocious defense gets at least 3 sacks and Cam Ward gets at least 300 yards passing.
Cocky canes getting blown out by cards

First hostile road environment in a long time...Miami, the last game was on the west coast against California ..
What do you mean by "road?" Does that exclude places where you need to fly to get there?
Does Gainesville qualify?
Florida wasnt on the road?

I am not sure if Dalton has a big enough microphone ! That microphone looks bigger than his head !😳 😂😂
I laughed haha
Yeah not losing to L'Ville this year. Da U on a redemption tour. Knocking teams off when returning NFL pros in da stadium.
Canes 38 to 14 🙌
Hope you're right. If the D tightens up. We are championship
Hurricanes Defense weakness quick passes, outside runs, counters, misdirection, play action, pass coverages, LB'S covering RB/TE's,over pursuit, not staying lanes, miss tackles
