30 OBSCURE FACTS About PHINEAS And FERB

- I've searched the internet far and wide and found out 30 kind-of-obscure Phineas and Ferb facts: they're not all MIND BLOWING, but I came across some pretty interesting stuff, so let's go through it all together!
Do you know why Ferb has green hair? Do you know what episode of Phineas and Ferb has the most songs? Do you know what's Ferb's FULL NAME? Well, now you do. I mean, after watching this video you will, duh. 🙄
I've searched far and wide for the most interesting facts I could find, I hope most of these will come as a surprise to many of you.
Also, I did my best not to mention anything that was already mentioned in ChannelFrederator's video, as most of those facts are pretty much known by everyone by now and I wanted to make my video as original as possible, hope you enjoy!

Another Fun Fact: Originally Ferb was gonna be voiced by Mitchell Musso, who voices Jeremy, but then Swampy recommended Thomas Brodie Sangster, who he met while he was living in England, be given the part instead. However Dan and Swampy still loved Musso's voice so much, so they wrote the character Jeremy, who originally was never supposed to be seen on screen and was just supposed to come up in conversation, for Musso to voice.

Another Fun Fact: Some of the characters on the show are named after the creators children. Isabella is the name of Dan Povenmire's daughter, Django and Jenny are named after Jeff "Swampy" Marsh's kids, Adyson is named after Swampy's grand daughter, and Melissa on Milo Murphy's Law is named after Dan's other daughter.
Also, there's another character named Melissa, the junior fireside girl Isabella tskes care of in "We call it maze"! :) I like to think after Phineas and Ferb ended, Dan wsnted to give that name to a more main character.
I'm guessing rollercoaster the musical has the most songs. Also Ferb's full name is Ferbs. Vanessa called him that in Act Your Age

Yeah, as a Polish person, learning that Ferret isn't Candace's name was a bit odd tbh xD
9:06 Aditionaly, in couple of episodes Bufford was called "Bamber" (specially in first season) while in most he was referred to as "Bufford". I think it's unofficially assumed in Polish translation that it's his nickname.
Same happened to Stacey in one or two episodes with her being called "Stacha" (/sta-ha/) instead of "Stefa". To make matters worst, one of those instances being time when Candice spokento her on her phone, making Polish-speaking viewer more confused as it just seemed like random new character was made up for that episode.
Also, some other names got Polish translations, to they are mostly just obvious polonisations of English names like "Isabell" to "Izabela".
Also, "Pan" in Perry's and other agents names means "Mr." making his Perry's name "Pepe Mr. Platypus" and Peter's "Pupu Mr. Panda".
Dan Povenmire actually also made up the noise Perry makes, later he found out that it is actually how platapuses sound IRL
You should teach the Phineas and Ferb appreciation class, to the kids who were born after the show aired.

- "The Fast and The Phineas" I've only ever seen one of those movies. I'm not a car person so...😅
- "Journey To The Center of Candace" I've seen the movie only once and have, sadly, never read the book. I know Doc Brown likes it though! He once tried to dig a hole in... I think it was his backyard. It's been a little while since I last watched that particular BTTF movie.🤓 😎⏰🚗

- "Troy Story" Y'know. Tim Allen, who voiced Buzz Lightyear in the franchise, was in more than just that chunk of my childhood. He was also in The Santa Clause franchise. The second movie is my favorite in that franchise!😁
- "Live and Let Drive" Ah, yes. Paul McCartney and Wings. 😌
- "Father's Day" Probably just a coincidence but there's also a 2005 - present day Doctor Who episode by the same name! 🤓 Rose saved her dad for a few hours. 😁

Fun Fact after it was finally revealed that Mylo Murphy also plays in Danville (the Crossover with Phineas and Ferb) you could also hear Lindanas song a few times and some of the Phineas and Ferb characters are reapearing in the show.
Before there had only been a few Easter Eggs like that the Rollercoaster from the first episode destroyed a project from Melissa.
Candace is also a redhead like Boudicca, arguably the most famous warrior queen

XD Really though, I genuinely think that you Polish speakers are like super smart for how complex your grammar is, I mean, if you do know how to speak that language, then you must be all geniuses ahah
Articles might not be super obvious for those who don't use them in their native language, but at least there are only 3 in English and like 9 in Italian, not 70, thank God! XD I feel like once you learn a romance language, then you can basically learn them all in no time xD Ok, maybe I'm just exaggerating a little here ahahah
@@Jegcopo I was actually mistaken. There are "only" 35 forms of an adjective. I unnecessarily multiplied the number by two. Sorry, my bad. So, apparently, Polish is even easier XDDDD Just a short remark - there are only two articles in English. The "a / an" is only a pronunciation thing and theoretically it's one and the same word. I don't have a problem with English articles but I think that Italian ones could be a challenge for me (I mean, different forms for different grammatical gender and number), but then again, hey!, I'm a Polish. What is there that I couldn't learn? XDD

Yeah, if we count "a" and "an" as one, as they are basically the same thing, then "il", "lo" and "l'" (this last one is an L followed by an apostrophe ahah) are all used for the singular masculine noun (depending on the first letter of the following word), so you would ONLY have to learn SEVEN of them! Could this language get any easier? XD

I just love this show, along with Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension, Angelo and SpongeBob, it shaped my childhood especially when I was 11 in 2014 and I was still in elementary school and those memories will stay with me for a lifetime long!

You know what IS disturbing about this show?
Doof the Platypus, that episode of which reveals that platypuses have infinite N-word passes.
@@deadaccount8054 I'm sure that Perry wouldn't be shocked considering he has used the N word multiple times throughout the series.
I would spell out Perry's chattering as "ngngngngngn" because that is how Heinz pronounces it in one episode.
I have some (not-so) interesting facts about Bulgarian dubbed Busted song (might be bit late):
- The S.2 version of Busted is voiced by 1 voice actor instead of 2 like the S.1 voice-over by Asya Racheva (Ася Рачева) - Vanessa and Zlatina Taseva (Златина Тасева) - Candace. The song is voiced by the speech voice of Vanessa and the singing voice of Candace Ventsislava Stoilova (Венцислава Стоилова).
- Many people are not realising that if you have only left speaker playing basically it sounds less high-pitched on some parts like on the parts "don't you think ever gonna win again". And that version is more used in the "very" original Bulgarian S.2 in Multilanguages xD.
- Again later in 2020 the S.1 got re-dubbed and this song was re-used from the countdown. And weirdly that Vanessa got new voice in the S.1 2020 version, as well Ferb while other voice-actors remained the same. I know that Ventsislava that don't live in Bulgaria anymore so that is the reason why Vanessa got different voice for the speech but still wonder why does Ferb have different voice?
But again since these characters didn't have that much voice lines so didn't matter. I remember that Phineas had also 2-3 voice changes through S.3/S.4 but at least in S.1 re-dubbed the voice of S.2 remained which I really like this voice instead of the BIT childish voice that was like the Serbian/Croatian dub which I didn't like.
Vanessa sounds bit like old woman (even though I preffer Ventsi's voice) but still better than the S.1 that was voiced by Asya. Honestly Asya didn't fit well for Vanessa but man Zlatina is just perfect for Candace.
Even there is bit more mind-blowing fact: The same voice actor who voice Vanessa in S.1 voiced later Finn from Adventure Time and Steven from Steven Universe.
Is it mind-blowing how some of your favourite male/female characters are voiced by the opposite gender? Even when you are realising that the sick Candace in the original version is voiced by one the creators of the show and the voice-actor of Doofenshirmtz - Dan Povenmire.

As you might have guessed, English is not my first language but I'm working to improve my pronunciation as much as possible, so I'd be interested to know how to do it ^^ (The only thing I'm sure of right now, is that I talk too fast at times and I kind of "squish words together" xD)

Fun fact I just noticed, one of the background characters in the episode Candace gets busted kinda looks like Mort from Milo Murphy's law
