Nightmarish excessive decoration, ostentatious and too femenine. Although some of the individual pieces have indisputable aesthetic value, they are so variegated and arranged in such unmatching and disarmonious fashion that the end result is of excessive ornamentation and gives the place a feeling of uneasiness and inauthenticity.
Too much of everything is an expression of 'nouveaux riches'.
