I wish i lived in a nice busy neighborhood. I don’t have a good neighborhood with foot traffic.
I have found a fb based group for selling and it has been FABULOUS. I joined the group 6 mo ago and my sales tripled. Sells make a basic post- 1 pic, basic info, price, how many and which day they will be there. The group meets every Friday afternoon. Some sellers go weekly. Personally I only go every other week b/c of my regular job. Anyway, buyers claim the items listed. Once claimed a buyer has committed to buying the item, either sending a friend or family to pick up or they pick up.
The group has a 3 strike police for no shows and then people are out. It really keeps people in the group who are going to follow the rules.
Even on a “slow” week i have never sold less than $200. On a busy week i have done $600-$700 😮
I don’t keep enough product on hand to have busy weeks that often. 😅
I like this format b/c people have agreed to pricing, payment method and meet up location. No haggling.
I don’t have to keep a deep stockpile for yardsales b/c i flip it faster.

I think a good pictures and a video helps to promote your ads. And also a good description about what you’re selling..also, people like to pay using their phone so Venmo or PayPal cash payment helps too for a good profit.

I did it before, I thought not a lot of people will come since they already spend their money on Black Friday sales, but I was wrong, still a lot of people showed up and they said they can save more on my sale than in the store, so I say it’s ok.👌

It's my first time I've been couponing for 7 years and it's all stock up in my basement and I really need to get rid of them so bad so I finally convinced my husband to do a garage Sale so it will be gone hopefully I sale laundry bundles Po online in my FB community but if ever this is the first time I will do a garage sale .. May tips ka Po ba how much the prices Po. I will do $1-$5 ranging for prices .. I will tag the price each item so it's easy to calculate. Any advice Po will be appreciated 🤠
