Great presentation, very clear and simple to understand. I am nearing the completion of a $62M, 3 year restoration project with many unknowns and variables due to the nature of the work. We had a scheduler that used Primavera including Monte Carlo analysis and I'm convinced that the schedule ended being simply a reporting tool to management, only reacting to changes in the schedule.

Nice job explaining. I can attest that the ProChain approach worked dramatically in my organization. If I had my choice, I'd use no other project management approach.

Justin - Makes sense. The material is similar to what we train with (and use with BD meetings), but very much condensed.
