The best bottomless cheesecake with pomegranate! It is airy like a cloud and melts on the tongue. This favorite cake is beautifully juicy and also fruity thanks to the pomegranate. Pomegranate goes very well with cottage cheese. 😋😋 We in Austria actually say pot cake to a cheesecake. The cake is incredibly delicious! One of the best cheesecake recipes! Ingredients: (baking pan 26 cm)
Separate 4 eggs
Subscribe to my channel ❤️ And hit the bell
Add 2 packets of vanilla sugar (16 g) to the egg white.
A pinch of salt
120 grams of sugar add to the yolks
Stir very creamy
100 g butter (liquid)
1 lemon (organic)
750 g quark (or ricotta or mascarpone)
150ml milk
60 g corn starch
Baking pan: 26 cm
1 pomegranate
180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 1 hour
Then turn off the oven and leave the cake in the turned off, open oven for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
The cake is so tender and delicious!!

Рецепт классный,но вместо граната можно использовать смородину,малину или клубнику. В гранате твёрдые косточки.Обязательно попробую сделать.👍👍👍
