@@shiksfitness oh Okay, thanks for sharing. Mein gym gaya tha 4 years back and got severe spine issues lifting heavy weights jo bhi trainer bola. I had to continue ayurvedic treatment and now fine by Gods blessings. Looks like i didnt get proper guidance from the trainer.

But kafi heavy weight lifting nahi karna hai. It will affect the spine very badly.
No it won't if done with right technique .. infact it will make it stronger with time
