CPU core design scrap mechanic nearly done

it has 7 diffrent commands
1 Add _input value to register value
2 remove _input value from register value
3 set register value to _input
4 clear the register
5 load value from register to Y1 on screen
6 load value from register to Y2 on screen
7 load value from register to Y3 on screen
its still not finished yet so its a little buggy
