Holyfield looks old here
Chris Byrd had a very unorthodox style. Not a lot of people could hit him. He just had no punching power that was his biggest downfall. A heavyweight with no punching power does not fair to well . A lot of guys still dodged him because of his style.

I overcame 11 years of chronic pain and was told by doctors I would never run or box again. I’m back sharper, quicker and this time it’s all about the knockouts!
South paw jinx. Can't deal with the right jab and straight left hand. It's harder than it looks.
Or the fact that holyfield is old and slow and been in dozens of wars before this
Headbutts did'nt work against a tall southpaw. Lol
Evander was outboxed
Weak jabs
Duh !!!
Couldn't ever hang with a younger not faded Holyfield. Sad to see an all time great fight for too long after his prime.
Quit making excuses. He completely dominated Holified.
The punch of Byrd seem to do nothing to Holy just like little clap...and when Chrys receive a hit you see that he doesn't like it and they hurt...Holyfield was never and danger he was just to old for that
@@sinotte1981 I always wonder why some fighters don't have punching power. I remember when Riddick Bowe fought larry Donald. Bowe let Donald hit him with 3 clean power punches and bowe looked at him and started laughing
I wish they wouldn't use white gloves, always look so big and wrong.
Does anyone think that Chris Byrd is an indicator of how successful Roy Jones Jr would’ve been, if he stayed in the Heavyweight division?
Byrd always reminded me of a bigger Michael 2nd to Nunn.
Micheal Spinks maybe...

Cool ill do that .I love your fighting style. You could take a punch too Your Awesome.
Byrd reminds me of Camacho: hit & run, throw soft punches, survival mode. No fun to watch
It's better to have a career after your boxing days is it not
If it's not fun to watch why does everyone watch mayweather
*This is not fair. Holyfield won this fight.*
Holyfield has been hit more times than any boxer I've ever seen. What thick skin he has and tough as nails man. Hope he doesn't catch up with him
This Bird is a Pretty Quick Guy...
Byrd is no fighter for me.
Evander is a real worrior

I love watching Holyfield fights, dude is a straight up warrior but am I the only one who thinks he’s a dirty fighter? Lol
Die beste Zeiten vom Boxen
"Holyroids" still cheating I see. The hit to the nuts @6:16 and headbutts smdh
Mike Tyson turd sandwich
Lol Holyroids 😆😅🤣🤣😂
Baby Chris Byrd!
Charles luther Johnson . Christ is the slickest quickest heavy handed boxer of all time . He would have busted up tyson in his prime . Put alot of knots on him . And had him crying nonstop . Dammit !
Come on now Holyfield was the baddest heavyweight champion he fought everyone you got to remember he was only a Cruiserweight and he smashed on everybody that's why they call them the real deal Holyfield
@Ray Rocco bear something in mind here. He was 30 pounds lighter than both of them and was still willing to trade with them.
Byrd was slick . Very underrated
All the kronk gym fighters were
Byrd didn’t have the punching power to keep Ikeabuchi off him, was getting ready to counter with right when Ikeabuchi’s much faster left caught him, fer sure Ikeabuchi’s team saw the opening while studying Byrd films.
Greatest jabber of all time Chris

I’m convinced that now they been robbing Holyfield of wins!
Holyfield hasn't been robbed he's just a mediocre very low rated boxer .
Man, this Chris Byrd was nowhere to be found against David Tua. If there was a hope he would’ve jumped in it. Commentators never gave Tua a fair shake. Tua would’ve dropped Evander. Heck, he was giving it to Evander during sparring sessions for his fight prep against Tyson.
9:45 George Foreman accuses Byrd of running away and Holyfield of fighting.... Didn't Muhammad Ali also "run away" against Foreman? 😂
He sure tf did. Abd then he ducked him like a little girl for years. Fact!!!!!
Ted Nugent. Well Ali was already past his prime when he fought Foreman. Foreman would’ve gained nothing for beating Ali.
@@davonbenson4361 I think Ali was only a few yrs older than Foreman when they fought.
Well i remember he knocked the shit out of Prime Foreman..and big George lying flat on the Canvas. So shut the fuck up you have no Clue what youre talknig about. And for the other Idiot Ali was in his Prima there was no Boxer who could have beaten him that Night.
Davon Benson Nope Ali himself said he was more experienced around the time he fought Foreman than Sonny Liston. Simply he was in his prime then a lot of fans just don’t know boxing
Holyfield the bravest ever
Перчатки непривычно большие .

@@CHRISBYRDBOXING Thanks !! Greetings from Russia !!
Chris byrd good boxer, but limited punching power.

Holyfield won this fight. He was the aggressor and none of Birds shots hurt Holyfield. However Holyfield hit Bird with some power. Judges sucked with the scoring.
Cyris benar benar memanfaatkan jangkauan hingga seorang Evander Holyfield sempat prustasi di buatnya.
1:35.
Prime Holyfield would've finished him in no more than 3 rounds.
P4P Best. Yeah yeah
Those days are gone now .
Evander still the real deal. Would have loved to have seen the Evander that fought Foreman fight a guy like Byrd. Byrd fought a great fight
foreman would have killed Byrd had Foreman been in his prime.
Byrd???
Byrd was actually stronger than he believes he was. If he would’ve dropped some hard hooks after most of the combinations he could’ve hurt Holyfield this night.
Холефильд, как боксер так серая личность.
chris byrd was the best in fight night 2004

A break should be 7 more rounds a round take that Xtra 7 x 12 = do the math it woukd help so. Much more for injuries more time to think on all sides
Jesus how slow was holy here if byrd fought the same holy as bowe 1 , foreman, or tyson 1 hed of killed him
Well......He WASN'T Close to Being Finished. Agreed Not In His Prime.
He was way way over the hill
Love it, not a Byrd fan, but I’ve never liked holifield! The best was when James toney KO’d holifield! 👍
How old was Holyfield
62
74.
Да БЁРД это что-то с чем-то.
Too bad Byrd & RJ didn’t fight each other at heavyweight
Are those balloons on their hands? Lol
😂
BIRD FOUGHT A GOOD DUCKING FIGHT HE WAS DOING THE ALI ON HOLEFIELD
Evander was 258 years old here
