The outfits and the song are in the style of korean trot songs. 'Otsukare sama deshita' is the Japanese phrase people say to each other finishing work. It means 'You've worked hard' The whole thing is a play on that.
Sope has done so much together, they performed and said goodbye to fans, sang together several times and did lives, I miss them together ❤️
It's pronounce like "soap". What you are hearing in this one is "Sope des" - Japanese for "We are Sope".

It is actually pronounced Soh-Puh, not Soh-peh, because it's really sounds "sope" in English, but Japanese words need vowel sound at the end of every syllable, so Japanese often add vowel like "uh" at the end of foreign word.
