This show does a *fantastic* job of showing how petty disagreements, clashing egos and fighting over small percentages (of massive criminal enterprises) lead to the downfall of all the major characters! It's so easy to see how unnecessary all their deaths were, in the end..

I actually think Carmine demanding any of the HUD profits was unreasonable. The "we share Zellman, therefore we get a piece of anything he does for you" was never actually established between the parties, and doesn't really make much sense.
