RPM a arms have been a huge bonus for this and I also use CV Drive axles but yours rips and I also suggest what Kevin Talbot does is using mesh tape and Shoe Goo to reinforce the body it helps substantially

Making me want to get my Backslash back out 🤔. Similar mods with GTR shocks and VG Racing springs. I bashed the crap out of mine on 4s, but would love a rally setup 😍🥰🥰🥰. Driving was fantastic Brother 🤗. Absolutely brilliant drifting. 🍻🤙🤙😎💪👊👊
Damn thanks brother!! Thats very true about the down low weight, I had not actually really considered that point. I think the stup axlw should be drilled to better locate and hold the wheel hex's from moving. The VG racing springs made a massive difference 👌👌
I do have to say I have the original rally VXL four-wheel drive also and one key ingredient you need to add to this is a Dusty covers mesh chassis cover this will be such a Time Saver for cleanup
Yeah I don't mind so much the cleaning up, here in Australia those covers just cause too much heat soak and gets too hot. It's a shame as they are a good product!!

I need your help. I’m converting my slash4x4 . To rally ford fiesta. So what is the tires and wheels are you using? What is the code of the parts and names are you using in the front and rear of your car?
I couldn't name all thr parts, best bet is to download thr exploded views and buy thr individual part numbers needed. Id start with a traxxas slash 4x4 LCG vehicle though. Wheels are dboots sidewinders
How big of a difference did the Robinson racing center dif make . Because mine is noise as all hell . I don’t know why I greased it and still noise I had the degas 38 for my first one now I have the snap on edition . And can you get gear for the Differentials to make it faster
Stopped stripping spur gears so as far as I'm concerned it did its job. Yes it's noisier as it's metal on metal, small price to pay. In my opinion, never ever grease or oil the pinion and spur gears
Those were my 2nd choice of tyre, I just wanted something a little chunkier for my build. Hoons will go great though. Castle 4s system is a fantastic option, as for pinion I can't be certain... I want to say a 20t but might be wrong

So cool. saving up for one now :) Probably use 2s 5a lipo for racing tight tracks tho.
If you're having to conform to rules 2s for sure, bit I'd just fun run 3s and gear down a bit and will pull less amps and run cooler. Wicked fun cars

Hi mate, im not sure how they compare to stock wheels, but I did get pretty good life out of these. Asphalt always wears them out decently fast.

I used the Arma Dboots Hoons on mine. They fit perfectly. I was wondering if the 4s Castle system who work well. What gearing are you running?
