Very cool! So so kind of you to give me a shout out! Yes everyone share more videos! This is an awesome way to have a 5th playable voice. I am definitely running those cv pads through an attenuator tonight.
Fantastic idea, I sometimes patch from clock-pulse converter- reverb in for a ‘free’ voice but this is a playable extension, I confess I don’t often use the cv pads but I will do now… many thanks
Really been digging your patch along vids and finally made one myself, its actually a ‘descendent’ of this Cymbal Crash patch of yours. I’d love to know what you think.
Killer! know I get how and why you did that patch, and it is the missing link. have to go through the VCA before it's going to work . awesome , thanks I'll be watching all your vids. And I made a few jam vids on my page. I'm going to make a vid on some patching I'm doing. Great work!
Hey I have to add , I did the patch just like you did, with this difference. I have the outs going to the individual outs in the 1-2-3-4 outs respectively , and the effects seem to be bypassed. I tried to route the reverb out to one of the outputs, ( I tried all four) and just couldn't get it to work, I will try it with the master out and see what happens ..
Bout 🌴, 🌴fiddy on the discord said this “Can also use the main out for FX if you're running individual outs for each dry voice. the 'out' pin is before volume/fx, so you'll get a full volume dry track no matter what the wet/dry mix of the pots. It gives a total of 7 possible output mixes, so 4dry+3fx. Not enough for isolated fx tracks for each, BUT technically there's up to 15 channels if you include the minijack adapters. Not sure if the sound quality changes with those, but haven't noticed it in my experience. .So if you want 4 dry and 4 wet tracks, all isolated, in one take, it's doable.” If that helps at all. I never thought of getting the mini jacks involved.
@@guiremcguire743 insane. I often think that Vlad doesn't even know everything that machine will do.. I think he had some kind of wild inspiration, and just designed it. thanks for the tip. I hope someone out there try to max out the possible outs on it.
Thank you so much for all this great great videos. Really didn’t know what to do without this tutorials… I love the pulsar to death.
man...what a great simple concept. Never occurred to me to do this. THANK YOU

did you try routing an effect to one of the unused outputs (5 or 6)? That should work.
@@JohnoWells I'll give it a shot thanks
