It's definitely a great design with many possibilities for customization. I think it would also look really cool done In mixed metal, perhaps a gold filled frame with the center silver 😍❤️

Oh my wow!! It’s such an eye catching piece!! My craziness went ahead & attempted to make one; however, using copper & somehow channel setting apatite chips across the top…excitedly rushing once the weaving was finished, I decided to go ahead & skip the hammering process…it was 1:30 in the morning & I do have neighbors…lol…let’s just say that the 16 gauge, square wire had something else planned for me…out of frustration at myself for not just going to sleep happy that I finished the weaving…I sit here now sharing my stupidity with ya…but hey thnx so very much for another amazing piece!!

Very pretty! I'm going to make this for sure! Thank Bill for allowing you to make the tutorial! 😃😃 I've never thought of using my guitar pick in this way, but it's a great idea!! I also want to complement you on the great close up camera work when you showed the weaving portion. So many people don't realize they need to pull the camera in so us blind people can see what the heck they're doing!! 😎😎😁😁 And....last but NOT least, thank YOU for doing the tutorial and sharing it with the world! Oh, PS: If you use a light weight rawhide mallet to straighten your rails, it won't dent them.

Yes, more and more, one may even say it’s Common that the Knowledge academia purports to pass off, nay, to FORCE UPON its students as ACTUAL HISTORY … does not match up with what one can see in the field, pick up off the ground. My tip: sometimes one SHOULD take that “pass” (pun intended). 😁
