Same! For all kinds of rehab or posture correction, the timescale is rarely if ever mentioned. It's not about pinpoint accuracy but about the order of magnitude, to see if meaningful results can be achieved with sustainable adjustments to our daily life.
Fought over the blanket with my boyfriend for the first month. After that I just bought another blanket and we sleep with our own now. We both sleep great now lol. Would recommend if your partner is a blanket hog.
You're doing god's work! I had issues going low on my squats and also shoulder pain with heavy overhead press and with your techniques I'm now pain free and do amazing front squats! Thanks a lot 😊🤙
Alcohol is a depressant so even if you do go to sleep, it isn't quality sleep. It would be the same as a sober person who doesn't fall asleep and just lays there.

The BEST maneuver for blanket recovery is actually the "grab, wrap, and roll" method. To accomplish this, you need: Grip Strength: Essential for firmly holding onto the blanket. Grip strength can be enhanced through exercises like dead hangs and farmer's carries. Wrapping requires equal parts Upper Body Strength and Core Strength: Wrapping the blanket around the body requires strength and coordination in the shoulders, arms, and chest. Engaging the core muscles is important to stabilize the body during the wrapping motion. Roll: This involves full-body coordination, utilizing leg strength and core stability to ensure a smooth and controlled roll. Hope this helps.
I have had numbness for 4 weeks now and this pain in my neck. Turns out I have a disc buldge in my c5-c6 that has turn the outer layer of my spinal cord...
When doing the seated external rotation exercise. The shoulder arm joint must be tight and retracted or can be the arm shoulder relaxed and "extended"?
Dude, my neck is tilting to the right side. I try to correct it by tilting it to the other side (right side), but it just make my right shoulder hurt because of muscle(?) tension. Can you give some tips about this? Thankyu 😢 Edit: i sleep mostly, like 99%, facing my left side
So what’s the case if both shoulders do it?????? It’s been going on for 2yrs now it’ wakes me up in middle of night several times and my whole arm and hands are numb it’s annoying and actually painful lol
I see a lot of videos on “mobility was not an issue so stretching won’t help”. What about when mobility is the issue? What if I can’t even put my hands on the bar for back squats?
I have the same problem, I'll try too! I also have shoulders that fall forward and it seems to me that sleeping on my side with my arm under the pillow makes this worse, however if I sleep on my back the next day my shoulders tend to be straighter, there may be a connection between sleeping on my side and my shoulders placed before?
What happens when you try to do bent rows and you get pressure or pain in the lower part of your back or spine? Any tricks, exercises or treatment for that
I have this exact problem in my left shoulder. The numbness/tingling has been driving me nuts. I've been stretching thinking it was right muscles catching a nerve, I'm going to try this instead. Would not have thought to try stability! Thank you
I have the same exact problem with your patient. The only difference is that i feel numbness when i sleep in both sides. I don't have stability or mobility issues. I think it is because my back i very big i don't have any fat on these areas and the blood supply is getting squized out of my hand. It is a big problem and i don't know anyone to address this
I liked the "two weeks later" part! It's a very useful information to better understand the rehab process

yes! i’ve asked how long it takes that on his previous videos
Haha, love the blanket training. I could benefit greatly from both of these exercises.
