the market I went to is called bazurto market it’s definitely a cool experience and there’s lot of restaurants around the market but it’s a bit far from the walled city where tourists typically stay. There is lots of stuff too see in the walled city itself if you like colonial architecture but the prices are slightly higher in the colonial old town when compared to other areas.
Go to the castle/ fort enjoy the beaches and the colonia towns / historical structures. Therrrs also a cool inquisition mueseum where you'll see where they held torture devices the Spanish used on the people of the area back then. If you're into that sorta thing
