I feel like the main conflict, in season 4, has nothing to do with the usual trope of miscommunication. It's about 3 characters that look at the problem and its solution from the perspective of their own experiences which is kinda rare: - Adora trusts Mara's words and has reasons to distrust Light Hope and Shadow Weaver; She previously managed to find a way out of morally grey territories, so there must be a 3rd option. - Bow is coming from a technical side, confirms that activating the weapon is dangerous. And now firmly on Adora's side. Facts don't car... I will stop now;) - Glimmer gone through a lose a 2nd time, found a new parental figure and unlocked her power; In the absence of alternative solutions, under limited time and thanks to combination of fear and confidence - decides that chance at getting an ultimate weapon is worth all the risk. And sides with Shadow Weaver who, in her experience, only helped them since she changed the team. No amount of talking it out would change anyone perspective on the issue. Survivor guilt and blame could have being avoided, but that's about it.
i fully believe Swiftwind can hear it because he's a horse and horses are constantly alert to potential threats. that means his hearing is way better than theirs.
Beast Island was referred to by Mara's ship as a Hazardous Waste Disposal Site, it also kinda resembles a much larger ship in a similar design to Mara's.
I don't think Castaspella is powerful enough. I could be wrong, but I got the impression that Shadow Weaver is teaching Glimer the kind of high-level magic that is worthy of the daughter of Mika and that Castaspella was never capable of.
Fun fact: There is a backmasked audio on the Beast Island portion on the official soundtrack that contains this message: "Planetwide evacuation required All units return to Eternia Planetwide evacuation required All units return to Eternia This is a feature, not a bug" Eternia is He-Man's planet, so the First Ones were He-Man's people! Super cool way of canonizing that world considering they couldn't get the rights from Mattel to include it. Some bullshit licensing stuff.
Entrapda's first line when she met Adora and Glimer was, "Princesses! I'm saved!" Now the line is, "Princesses! I saved you!" You go, my girl!!!
Full circle! Love that

Good point! Plus Swiftie is a sensitive soul.
@@SputnikSpyglass that too. he's a sweetie
He could hear the first ones messaging tech back in the "haunted" village, too, so it's consistent.

Glimmer's mom isn't a sorcerer, she was a just a princess/queen. Though Castaspella works for your locating spell question.
