Thanks for this great video!!! So thorough and helpful for me! My planning time at the moment is pretty sporadic but they happen in the evenings on the day I have/make time. The exception is my work planner, which I use CONSISTENTLY throughout Monday to Friday. That's my goal for my other planners: to have a set time that works and optimizes my time and productivity.

I am so glad you found this helpful!! It is hard at first to find a planning routine that works for you…try to do it at times you know you have energy and some space in your day to put towards it…it may be different times on different days! As long as it works! ✨

Thanks for another great video 😊 Yes, I have to set reminders to check my planners daily. I wish body doubling worked for me but having anyone around me its a distraction to my brain. I need to be in my office with Kenny G playing softly in the background lol

@@kristenebohoplansNewly diagnosed as an adult and feeling lost. My why would be that I deserve calm-to not feel stressed and scrambled all the time.

@@lenabellamy1262 Next week my video is on how to incorporate specific coping skills for ADD/ADHD into your daily routine…but real quick, try adding more protein to your diet as that increases Dopamine (the chemical that ADHD sucks away). Especially eat protein right before a task you need to focus on. Also taking brisk walks (or any workout) will increase Dopamine. More to come!
