I recently dusted off the old N64 and played WWF No Mercy on a modern, large flatscreen. Those graphics absolutely do not hold up. 😆
I'm playing smackdown on PS1. The graphics are old school but the gameplay actually holds up quite well.

When I was a kid I wanted to get into video game design/production, I ended up going with music instead. I definetely don't make much money, but at least I can say what I want with my art!

The whole entirety of "souls" franchise actually started NOT at Demon's Souls or even King's Field, Flash. It began with a very crappy game called "EverGrace", which is a literal "Demon's Souls ver. 0.0.5. pre-alpha" in a sense, straight up. It's a bad, VERY bad game, but, hey. That's where it started. King's Field franchise is different, though some things were backported from it to the Souls franchise. There are also two Shadow Tower games, which influenced Souls a lot as well.
