Raise My Sword is the culmination of the 2019 Hard Rock meta. Dubbed Sotarks' 1000pp project, it was meant to be both extremely difficult but also very farmable, and it really should've succeeded but through a series of events following the map's ranking, it would never end up living up to the farming utopia that it was supposed to be. But as the map lost it's status, it would gain a new one, as a flowing behemoth that to this day, has only been conquered by a few. This is the history, of my Raise My Sword.
I always love it when sort of obscure metal songs like Raise my Sword and Painters of the Tempest are mapped, they usually end up being some of the most legendary maps in the game
yeah its amazing how osu has introduced me to all these amazing artists that i love now, some examples would include: Galneryus, Ne Obliviscaris, Aether Realm, Vektor, Irreversible Mechanism, Rhapsody/Rhapsody Of Fire, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Inferi, Tech N9ne, Imperial Circus Dead Decadence, Camellia and Spawn Of Possession (there are probably more, but these are just the ones i can remember off the top of my head lol)
yeah same here, btmc's video got me introduced to Galneryus and now they are my favorite band (ive listened to there entire discography, and even made a playlist of it here lol) (also for as good as sho is i just honestly prefer yama-b's vocals (if u didnt know Galneryus originally had a different singer))

Nice video, however, it should be noted that UR doesn't play as big if any of a role with no mod compared to hard rock since no mod for this map is already OD 10 (which is why even no mod accuracy is a struggle for 99 percent). Edit: just remembered you did technically mention no mod had OD 10, but I just wanted to clarify it more since I felt that part was skimmed through.
