8:28 without the hat, their outfit reminds me more of how people dress for the safaris and similar nature tours at disneyworld actually (yes there's actual safaris into their wild nature preserve thing at animal kingdom), when it's not hyper casual it's often overdressed for fashion, intending to more have an outfit to look pretty than something practical for the parks, lol
