I completly agree with you. The Royale High community is such a dystopian place, and what's more, once you enter, the longer you stay, the harder it is to leave due to pressure as well as the illusion of it being a positive, healthy community. I am so glad you were able to escape and hopefully, one day, I will as well.
I encourage you to if you are thinking about it! I promise once you let go of it and start enjoying the things in life you actually want to do, you will find happiness.

After all of this, after all that you've been through, I just have to say thank you for still sticking around. For putting up with it. In my opinion, I'd say that 2022 was probably the WORST year for RH. There was just so much going on, lack of updates, a real big lack of communication, toxic community, diamond inflation, etc. And honestly it's really hard for me to imagine what you went through because as an influencer there is so much pressure, stress, and hatred. So many responsibilities that are hard to keep up with. And while I cannot relate to that, it's fully understandable. Sometimes I remember the times when RH was genuinely a good game, and I enjoyed playing it. One of the best memories I had of the game was when we all dressed up to form the pride flags and celebrated pride month! That was so fun!! And things went downhill when the developers had many controversies... and the game wasn't improving as promised. Although I hadn't given up on the game completely because I did still enjoy it from time to time. Now as campus 3 released I play it often because it's fun for me. I love playing and seeing the game slightly improve over time. While I still enjoy the game(not necessarily support it though), I COMPLETELY understand where you are coming from and I want to thank you for adressing what's going on and where you are now. I am choosing to continue supporting you and this channel because I am excited for what's to come. I already know I'm gonna love the new channel theme and I like watching gameplay, tutorials, and such of other games too(roblox or not)! Just remember to make what you want to make, only make stuff you enjoy and if you don't want to post anything, don't post it. TAKE BREAKS!!!!!!! Don't feel like you have to do anything or owe anything to your community. We understand. If other people don't like what you make or do, that's their opinion. As a person who is slowly leaving the RH community, this helps me out. You helped get me into it, and it feels like now you can help me leave. I made it my identity with people I knew irl and it felt like I needed to keep up with it to feel like I had "my thing" like everyone else I knew. I didn't even realize that it was an unhealthy addiction until you mentioned it. But now that I'm leaving, I still feel very empty, almost like I'm not even myself anymore. But I can't wait to see what you do next and move on with you!❤

To be honest, this is why you should have more than 1 interest at a time in regards to games. Playing multiple games, or having multiple interests in fandoms is very healthy, but most people in the rh community only play rh and so that makes it harder for them to leave. So one thing I'd suggest is to look for games you enjoy, or other hobbies. Definitely find a few of them. I think part of the reason some hate other roblox games with similar concepts as rh, is because they only play rh and so they think its some kind of betrayel. I'm not saying this is you btw, only that it's a thing i've noticed with some. So I just want you to know it's very healthy to play other games out there, and I hope you find some new interests!
I am _very_ antisocial when it comes to game communities, so I never got in to the RH fandom, and after hearing your accounts I cannot believe how incredibly toxic it is. I'm so sorry you experienced such awful things. The badge thing in particular really ruffles my feathers. There is no digital item worth harassing real people to obtain. Even though you were absent for a while, I'm so glad that you took a step back and had some time to think things over. There is no point in YT if you don't want to make content. Having to wait a year for something good is much better than a constant stream of souless videos, and I think changing the channel brand is a great way to start over! I'm very glad that you brought these problems up because it seems that everyone has forgotten what the devs have done. I'm glad that you have taken your break, and I really hope you fully recover from it this game is horrible and the developers seem yo ignore everything. I hate this game. I want to remove all my passes, and I want my money back, but I can't, sadly. I'm glad that you have stopped and that you are creating new content.
I agree, this video shows another one of the devs mistakes. I still like the game just not as much. I don't agree with the dev's actions and how the community has ignored the issues for way too long.
Honestly it's even more damning that just a few days ago yet another disgusting thing came from one of the devs and every other dev is being silently compliant with it. There is really no hope for change at this point and most people who say they're holding on are just using it as an excuse; the devs are 100% still doing awful things and yet people still play. It's disgusting how much hateful rhetoric is normalised. If you don't agree with the ideals of the devs and don't want to support their actions and behaviour around this stuff, you HAVE to stop playing that game and interacting w/ those that still play. Doing any of those things to any extent still supports the devs and what they do, no exceptions.
It's like everyone forgot about the racism and other vile thing's they've done and if they are brought up people will call you too sensitive or move on already or that the world doesn't revolve around you most of these comments come from minors as well which is sad to see how young people have become so bigoted

This video literally spoke all the facts I was searching for. I’ve been playing since Christmas 2019 and to be honest it was fun then, yes prices were pretty high and players were a little toxic but in the end everyone had one good thing to say about Royale high. Not anymore. During these 2 years, I feel as if players have became more incased in buying sets and diamonds then actually enjoying the game and what it was made for, to have fun. I find it crazy that there is such a lack of inclusive things in the game like as you said the black history month, Chinese New Year and also the complete disrespect of players who play royale high. It just seems that every dev doesn’t really care about the players of the game, they only really care about the status and money they earn. I felt as if I was obligated to say positive things about royale high like a invisible weight was on my shoulders watching what I say and things I do. This year I actually started using Twitter just to see any new updates for royale high and what came as a shock to me was there was more hate then positive comments and just knowing that I wasn’t the only one who didn’t like how royale high was treating their players and the disrespectful comments they made helped. I actually recently got blocked by royale high dev calin for commenting why he would hate on his fans so much. I know this is a lot to say but I think it’s good enough for about 4 years of playing nonstop. Thanks.
That’s totally understandable. Ever since the new school came out, people completely forgot about Royale high being problematic and it really disappoints me on how people are ignoring these issues. I agree, i played royale high ever since 2017, it feels so sad to think in 2017-2019 you wanted to join real friends and a healthy community. Now, its just everyone is complaning and hating. I've been playing Royale High since Halloween 2018 and at first it was fun, but the more time passed, the more I realized that I wasn't playing for fun and in fact I was playing for the items. I spent a long time forcing myself to farm, log in daily and level up just to buy things in the game that in the end I would use for an outfit and probably never use again. And this left me trapped for a long time in this loop of always buying everything, making trades and getting more and when I didn't get something I got frustrated. So, at the end of last year I decided to step away from the game, if I logged in 7 days in all of 2023 it was already a lot and with that I realized that I was being stuck with Roblox just because of Royale High and now rarely I stay active on the platform, but I hope you have fun producing your new type of content and I will definitely watch it. (Also sorry if I wrote something wrong, English is not my native language)

I really enjoyed your royal high skits. And my favorite videos of yours were the royal high outfit inspos, they inspired and motivated me to design my ocs and characters , and they really got me into the cottagecore royal aesthetic. I stopped playing royal high about 4 months ago, and while I missed the game, after watching your video and remembering all the shady stuff the developers did, I think I'll just quit the game, since getting items is nearly impossible, and the game takes too much internet tbh. I'll try tuning into some of your videos in the future :)

I don't normally comment on videos, but honestly, you filled a role for me that was missed by cybernova as a genuine, down-to-earth Royale High content creator, and I have grown to enjoy your online presence and the things you did for your community. However, almost a year ago I also quit the "princess dress-up game" for its toxicity and extremely disappointing behavior from the developers. I in general have always extremely enjoyed your aesthetics and great taste in general style, as well as enjoyed seeing you have fun in games. I am so glad to hear you took the time to get the rest and at least some help that you seemed to very well need, your health is more important than anything you could give us. I will look forward to seeing your new content, and since you seem to be a skilled Bloxburg builder and enjoy aesthetics, I personally would love to see you play My Hello Kitty Cafe so can see what fun you have with building in that game, if you would like. thank you, the writing of this video was done over a month with the help of peri, so that's why it's well written. It's been nice to spend time crafting a video. When I was uploading I would record, edit, and upload all in the same day. I do think this one was important to spend the time getting the message right, more than the visuals.

I’ve loved your videos for years and honestly when you announced that you wanted to make videos on other games it made me wayyy more excited then royals high, I’ve been playing title high since October first of 2018 and seeing it grow to what is is and has become I really am just disappointed… seeing it become so toxic is so draining. I would also like to say I’m sorry for your lost I appreciate you and your hard work putting out work I am also a perfectionist but your videos are really soothing and calming, I can’t wait for your future work!!! I didn't know about all of these problems. Thank you for making a video speaking out. The new campus for me is bittersweet as the wait was long and got it really hyped up. I feel like the focus is now about leveling up by teleporting to different realms for tasks every 2 minutes. The core of the game was having fun and making friends but I feel like that has been slowly getting lost. Even with these problems part of me wants to ignore it as they get swept under the rug way to often. Thank you for all of the videos you've made, and I hope with whatever you do next makes happy.
Though I will still be playing Royal High my reason is that I’ve been interested in princesses and fairy’s for a long time and, also fashion purposes sense I adore fashion and hope to one day become a fashion designer which sounds silly. Limey, you are 100% correct on the Royal High community being EXTREMELY toxic and being so sensitive on the smallest criticism towards the game. Also the devs not respect others cultures and ethnicity is a huge problem. From Kimonos (Cherry Blossom Set) to Sombreros (DOTD hat) to a whole Black History Month event. The problems add up and they haven’t tried fixing them at all. I respect your disunion on quitting Royal High. You have a valid reason for it and I respect your reasons. I honestly think it’s cool how you found a interest in Sci-Fi! And also you wanting to play more variety of games. As someone who has been both part of the royale high community and a fan of yours for the past few years, I cannot agree more. Everyone has just become so toxic online, and personally, some features of the game have been entirely ruined. For an example, I stopped trading about a year ago due to so much overpricing, scamming etc.. I'm just extremely glad to see you back and well. I could tell that there had been a shift in your joy in your last few uploads, and your demeanor had seemed to change quite a bit as well. I know this comment is late, but I just want you to know that there are so many people supporting you, no matter what you & your channel's future holds. I can only wish you an amazing life, and I really hope that you regain your motivation and can find fun in making videos once again. I remember a time where I had a really tough time not having as many diamonds as other players although it didn’t seem like jealousy like other people saw. I wanted to not be or look like a noob for everyone to be rude to. It made me even more stressed when I joined the trading hub because people where always saying things like “your too low” so when I did get my offer higher it just made my inventory die down even more. Then eventually that item that I worked hard for was not “high in demand”. It’s hard to step away from royal high because you can see MANY other people playing. I’ve been trying to go into games like bloxburg and it is so so so much better for me! Thank you for making this video and I get it.

The Royale High community is such a dystopian place, and what's more, once you enter, the longer you stay, the harder it is to leave due to pressure as well as the illusion of it being a positive, healthy community. I am so glad you were able to escape and hopefully, one day, I will as well.
I encourage you to if you are thinking about it! I promise once you let go of it and start enjoying the things in life you actually want to do, you will find happiness.

After all of this, after all that you've been through, I just have to say thank you for still sticking around. For putting up with it. In my opinion, I'd say that 2022 was probably the WORST year for RH. There was just so much going on, lack of updates, a real big lack of communication, toxic community, diamond inflation, etc. And honestly it's really hard for me to imagine what you went through because as an influencer there is so much pressure, stress, and hatred. So many responsibilities that are hard to keep up with. And while I cannot relate to that, it's fully understandable. Sometimes I remember the times when RH was genuinely a good game, and I enjoyed playing it. One of the best memories I had of the game was when we all dressed up to form the pride flags and celebrated pride month! That was so fun!! And things went downhill when the developers had many controversies... and the game wasn't improving as promised. Although I hadn't given up on the game completely because I did still enjoy it from time to time. Now as campus 3 released I play it often because it's fun for me. I love playing and seeing the game slightly improve over time. While I still enjoy the game(not necessarily support it though), I COMPLETELY understand where you are coming from and I want to thank you for adressing what's going on and where you are now. I am choosing to continue supporting you and this channel because I am excited for what's to come. I already know I'm gonna love the new channel theme and I like watching gameplay, tutorials, and such of other games too(roblox or not)! Just remember to make what you want to make, only make stuff you enjoy and if you don't want to post anything, don't post it. TAKE BREAKS!!!!!!! Don't feel like you have to do anything or owe anything to your community. We understand. If other people don't like what you make or do, that's their opinion. At the end of the day, we're all just people. You probably know this stuff already but I don't have a lot else to say. As a person who is slowly leaving the RH community, this helps me out. You helped get me into it, and it feels like now you can help me leave. I made it my identity with people I knew irl and it felt like I needed to keep up with it to feel like I had "my thing" like everyone else I knew. I didn't even realize that it was an unhealthy addiction until you mentioned it. But now that I'm leaving, I still feel very empty, almost like I'm not even myself anymore. To be honest, this is why you should have more than 1 interest at a time in regards to games. Playing multiple games, or having multiple interests in fandoms is very healthy, but most people in the rh community only play rh and so that makes it harder for them to leave. So one thing I'd suggest is to look for games you enjoy, or other hobbies. Definitely find a few of them. I think part of the reason some hate other roblox games with similar concepts as rh, is because they only play rh and so they think its some kind of betrayel. I'm not saying this is you btw, only that it's a thing i've noticed with some. So I just want you to know it's very healthy to play other games out there, and I hope you find some new interests!
I am _very_ antisocial when it comes to game communities, so I never got in to the RH fandom, and after hearing your accounts I cannot believe how incredibly toxic it is. I'm so sorry you experienced such awful things.
The badge thing in particular really ruffles my feathers. There is no digital item worth harassing real people to obtain.
Even though you were absent for a while, I'm so glad that you took a step back and had some time to think things over. There is no point in YT if you don't want to make content. Having to wait a year for something good is much better than a constant stream of souless videos, and I think changing the channel brand is a great way to start over!

I agree, this video shows another one of the devs mistakes. I still like the game just not as much. I don't agree with the dev's actions and how the community has ignored the issues for way too long.
Honestly it's even more damning that just a few days ago yet another disgusting thing came from one of the devs and every other dev is being silently compliant with it. There is really no hope for change at this point and most people who say they're holding on are just using it as an excuse; the devs are 100% still doing awful things and yet people still play. It's disgusting how much hateful rhetoric is normalised.
If you don't agree with the ideals of the devs and don't want to support their actions and behaviour around this stuff, you HAVE to stop playing that game and interacting w/ those that still play. Doing any of those things to any extent still supports the devs and what they do, no exceptions.
It's like everyone forgot about the racism and other vile thing's they've done and if they are brought up people will call you too sensitive or move on already or that the world doesn't revolve around you most of these comments come from minors as well which is sad to see how young people have become so bigoted

Youre really brave to speak againt the devs when they did something wrong, and you were right to leave considering royale high just isnt fun as it used to be and how much of a mental toll it took on you. Youre honestly the one of the only yt i like!
This video literally spoke all the facts I was searching for. I’ve been playing since Christmas 2019 and to be honest it was fun then, yes prices were pretty high and players were a little toxic but in the end everyone had one good thing to say about Royale high. Not anymore. During these 2 years, I feel as if players have became more incased in buying sets and diamonds then actually enjoying the game and what it was made for, to have fun. I find it crazy that there is such a lack of inclusive things in the game like as you said the black history month, Chinese New Year and also the complete disrespect of players who play royale high. It just seems that every dev doesn’t really care about the players of the game, they only really care about the status and money they earn. I felt as if I was obligated to say positive things about royale high like a invisible weight was on my shoulders watching what I say and things I do. This year I actually started using Twitter just to see any new updates for royale high and what came as a shock to me was there was more hate then positive comments and just knowing that I wasn’t the only one who didn’t like how royale high was treating their players and the disrespectful comments they made helped. I actually recently got blocked by royale high dev calin for commenting why he would hate on his fans so much. I know this is a lot to say but I think it’s good enough for about 4 years of playing nonstop. Thanks.

I've been playing Royale High since Halloween 2018 and at first it was fun, but the more time passed, the more I realized that I wasn't playing for fun and in fact I was playing for the items. I spent a long time forcing myself to farm, log in daily and level up just to buy things in the game that in the end I would use for an outfit and probably never use again. And this left me trapped for a long time in this loop of always buying everything, making trades and getting more and when I didn't get something I got frustrated. So, at the end of last year I decided to step away from the game, if I logged in 7 days in all of 2023 it was already a lot and with that I realized that I was being stuck with Roblox just because of Royale High and now rarely I stay active on the platform, but I hope you have fun producing your new type of content and I will definitely watch it. (Also sorry if I wrote something wrong, English is not my native language)

I really enjoyed your royal high skits. And my favorite videos of yours were the royal high outfit inspos, they inspired and motivated me to design my ocs and characters , and they really got me into the cottagecore royal aesthetic. I stopped playing royal high about 4 months ago, and while I missed the game, after watching your video and remembering all the shady stuff the developers did, I think I'll just quit the game, since getting items is nearly impossible, and the game takes too much internet tbh. I don't normally comment on videos, but honestly, you filled a role for me that was missed by cybernova as a genuine, down-to-earth Royale High content creator, and I have grown to enjoy your online presence and the things you did for your community. However, almost a year ago I also quit the "princess dress-up game" for its toxicity and extremely disappointing behavior from the developers.
I in general have always extremely enjoyed your aesthetics and great taste in general style, as well as enjoyed seeing you have fun in games. I am so glad to hear you took the time to get the rest and at least some help that you seemed to very well need, your health is more important than anything you could give us.
I will look forward to seeing your new content, and since you seem to be a skilled Bloxburg builder and enjoy aesthetics, I personally would love to see you play My Hello Kitty Cafe so can see what fun you have with building in that game, if you would like. thank you, the writing of this video was done over a month with the help of peri, so that's why it's well written. It's been nice to spend time crafting a video. When I was uploading I would record, edit, and upload all in the same day. I do think this one was important to spend the time getting the message right, more than the visuals.

I also agree with a lot of what you said about RH, especially the badge. People can be super annoying and creepy including to people in that badge owners friends list such as myself. Your RUclips channel is what you want, and nobody can tell you what it has to be, as it isn't their own creation or ideas but instead it's yours and whatever you want it to be. I’ve loved your videos for years and honestly when you announced that you wanted to make videos on other games it made me wayyy more excited then royals high, I’ve been playing title high since October first of 2018 and seeing it grow to what is is and has become I really am just disappointed… seeing it become so toxic is so draining. I didn't know about all of these problems. Thank you for making a video speaking out. The new campus for me is bittersweet as the wait was long and got it really hyped up. I feel like the focus is now about leveling up by teleporting to different realms for tasks every 2 minutes. The core of the game was having fun and making friends but I feel like that has been slowly getting lost. Even with these problems part of me wants to ignore it as they get swept under the rug way to often. Thank you for all of the videos you've made, and I hope with whatever you do next makes happy.
Though I will still be playing Royal High my reason is that I’ve been interested in princesses and fairy’s for a long time and, also fashion purposes sense I adore fashion and hope to one day become a fashion designer which sounds silly. Limey, you are 100% correct on the Royal High community being EXTREMELY toxic and being so sensitive on the smallest criticism towards the game. Also the devs not respect others cultures and ethnicity is a huge problem. From Kimonos (Cherry Blossom Set) to Sombreros (DOTD hat) to a whole Black History Month event. The problems add up and they haven’t tried fixing them at all.
I respect your disunion on quitting Royal High. You have a valid reason for it and I respect your reasons. I honestly think it’s cool how you found a interest in Sci-Fi! And also you wanting to play more variety of games. I’m exited to see what this channel will become also with the whole Sci-Fi theme and, the whole Sci-Fi 60s styles sounds so fun and cool!

As someone who has been both part of the royale high community and a fan of yours for the past few years, I cannot agree more. Everyone has just become so toxic online, and personally, some features of the game have been entirely ruined. For an example, I stopped trading about a year ago due to so much overpricing, scamming etc.. I'm just extremely glad to see you back and well. I could tell that there had been a shift in your joy in your last few uploads, and your demeanor had seemed to change quite a bit as well. I know this comment is late, but I just want you to know that there are so many people supporting you, no matter what you & your channel's future holds. I can only wish you an amazing life, and I really hope that you regain your motivation and can find fun in making videos once again. You are such an amazing creator and your personality is honestly so so brilliant, and I look forward to any new videos you will post!

I remember a time where I had a really tough time not having as many diamonds as other players although it didn’t seem like jealousy like other people saw. I wanted to not be or look like a noob for everyone to be rude to. It made me even more stressed when I joined the trading hub because people where always saying things like “your too low” so when I did get my offer higher it just made my inventory die down even more. Then eventually that item that I worked hard for was not “high in demand”. It’s hard to step away from royal high because you can see MANY other people playing. I’ve been trying to go into games like bloxburg and it is so so so much better for me! Thank you for making this video and I get it.
