Welcome to Boston!
After a few years away, it was wonderful to return to this vibrant city, reconnect with friends, and rediscover its charm. For this trip, I chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street. Boston boasts two Four Seasons properties, but this newer one, located in the Back Bay district, offers a fresh and modern experience. Back Bay is known for its upscale shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is a 61-story skyscraper that seamlessly blends luxury with an artistic nod to Boston’s rich cultural heritage. It also houses private residences, adding to its exclusivity.
From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The room’s thoughtful details made my stay unforgettable: an incredibly comfortable bed (identical to the one I use at home), orthopedic pillows, elegant wallpaper, a Bose ceiling speaker, and a TV embedded in the bathroom mirror. Little touches, like a phone rest table above the toilet paper dispenser and a deep oval bathtub, showed meticulous attention to detail. The panoramic city views and a complimentary face mask bag added even more charm to the experience.
Dining at the hotel is exceptional. Zuma, an internationally-renowned Japanese-inspired restaurant, serves a full Japanese-style brunch on weekends-definitely a must-try. Other options include a cozy breakfast restaurant, a stylish lobby bar, and the convenience of in-room dining. The hotel’s Wellness Floor, featuring a spa, fitness center, and an indoor pool with stunning city views, elevates the stay to another level of luxury.
