You have a great story so far Joe. At bit similar to my journey. Bought a place in West Hills, CA end of 2021. Did cosmetic renovations and the equity has shot up. Would have loved to do an ADU but not enough space and HOA. Bought a fixer investment property in LA in 2023 which is cash flowing nicely. Then bought an out of state duplex outside of San Antonio earlier this year cause CA pricing was just too high. If you were still in CA would have liked to connect to see what projects you have going on. Great use of chat gpt!
