Can we have less of Jack who loves the sound of his own voice and wants to be at the front of everything and doesn't teach Justin anything, he breaks pretty much all health and safety rules to show off and sadly I wouldn't be suprised if Justin left because a lot of stuff said to him by Jack isn't funny or banter but personal and bullying I skip or miss completely any of his "bits" as it's all about him and I want to see more of Justin working with Andy who actually teaches Justin the job. More of the Dave the drain, please bring back Jem and Andy too.

Jack was a little wild and sloppy on this one, including a lack of personal protection (goggles, etc) He was also a bully. The job got done in the end.

I hate seeing Jack with other workers. When he isn’t the only one, he bullies others, especially Justin. It’s not funny. And why you haven’t fired him for all the safety violations, I don’t know. If I had video of all his infractions, I’d have let him go. His comment it’s easy when you know what you’re doing. I can’t explain that screams that he should absolutely not be training anyone. Especially with his safety violations. Jem comes on and explains all the safety stuff that needs doing. Jack comes on and says basically screw that. I’ll do what I want.

Gotta love a good shit-blast. Used to work in a Waste Water Treatment Works and sewage pumping stations as a maintenance engineer. Been covered head to to ad waded chest deep in it. Been blasted full in the face. Rule number one - keep ya mouth shut. Rule number two, keep your mouth shut. If you get it actually in your mouth, don't swallow.
