I'm growing mine for the second time too and I can definitely tell it's healthier than before in terms of not being dry and not a lot of breakage. BUT my scalp man idk. I'm getting a lot of dandruff now. It's so weird. I might cut it again and start over.
Yea facts, you definitely learn from experience, I found that washing your hair more helps with dandruff nd I switched from head nd shoulders to selsum blue it seems to be working out pretty good so far nd maybe stop putting oils in your scalp for a while
Just braid it up, oil your scalp, moisturize every few days and leave it alone for a bit. It's been a complete game changer for me, and my hair is growing faster and better than it ever has before.
