When they did the crash test on the Buffalo Southern, the 6003 was not powered at all and the ALCO behind it was powering the train. After the crash event, the unit was sent to Waterville, Maine where it is still in storage. Also, never heard CSX-BC2 heard for the AC6000s, always known them as YN2B. A lot of these designations have more simple ones, like CSX Gray or Stealth for the gray ones (and its variants, Blue Stripe, Blue Down, etc), and the orange MOW scheme is commonly known as the "Pumpkin" scheme. Overall great video, very informative and I enjoyed.

Eventually, the logo will be removed and Chesapeake and Ohio will be put back. L&N 7067 is also a part of the collection at KSHC. It was not sold it was donated.

This was most likely due to rebranding, and is what all new, revuilt or repainted engines wear, including the heritage units, which unfortunately the the larger community, I think still technically classed as Yn3C but as Yn3C____(blanks to denote heritage livery, for example: Yn3CNYC). Also my favorite CSX luveries are Yn3CBO, YN3CD(1776, 'D' being short for "digital" in "digital camo"), Rn1(CSX 911), Yn2(I see a Yn2 GP40 all the time, 4419 to be exact, and after moving to Ohio, my old YT handle (csx68) was in Yn2 at the time), and Yn3CWM. I'm very simple, if it aint DM&E, it's not a favorite, if dark gray it's decent, if in red, orange, & black, in moderation, and if it's any CSX livery, I'm VERY picky(specific units type of picky, the livery could be widely liked, yet I'll hate it unless it's specific engines). Oh an you missed the CCSX unit. Yes "CCSX", that aint a typo on my part.
You forgot the first ever CSX heritage unit. CSX 5764 the “old timer” unit, ex-SCL U36B 1776 (not the bicentennial, the one that got preserved) it was painted in the Family Lines paint scheme until it was repainted to YN3 and given the number WLO1.
YN2 Units also had Spirit of (City) as Well Such as CSX 1 , CSX 5000 and 5001 also Wore a Diversity in Motion logo on the sides. 600 and 601 Also had special paint. Hope you do a part 2 and include these.
You did a good job covering all the paint schemes! CSX has had many weird patch jobs and paints over the years, but they’re not the only one if you saw CUP’s quirky railroad paint jobs videos lol. 6:56 CSX #7274 had a Spirit of West Virginia sticker back when it was CSX #1 as an AC44CW, and now it has that sticker again after rebuild. YN2 is easily the greatest standard livery CSX has had and they probably won’t be able to top it. YN3B is my favorite of the new they have, but any unit repainted with YN3C looks great. I do want to ask something; is it ok with you if I do a reaction video for any upcoming video you release?
To date, Ive only seen five of CSX's new 'heritage' units - 1827 (B&O), 1850 (L&N), 1852 (WM), 1897 (Monon), and 1967 (SCL), as well as the 1776 and 3194.

Credit is all I ask. Love the documentary style, and if I may, a whole series on the railroad's divisions, compiled from the community's knowledge & experience at various locations with co-labs would be cool! If you want specific details, I live on the CSX Toledo Division(MP117), I don't exactly travel much which means alot of footage is gonna come from either across the street from me, or the old B&O depot in town. @HuntsTrainsOfficial a couple did but if you go to the CSX locomotive roster list, CSX 600,601, and 602 are still on the roster. 2 are at Waycross and 1 is at Huntington.
I live about a mile from the CSX old B&O line through Ohio. They have had some of the ugliest paint over the years. I’d rather look at the rolling stock than the engines these days. There is still many of the old styles in use.
Some of your answers of Special Engines are Not True and where they are now. 6:06 : 9565 would be sold to Diesel Supply Leasing (DLS) and then to DBG and now Advanced Bioenergy (ABEX) in 2008 where it lingers in Aberdeen, South Dekota. 9:27 : 6003 still has her OLS Stickers but is now sitting away in Deadline Storage in Waterville, Maine.
For a train enthusiast I would rather hear sound the train lowered a bit yes, when you talk, mic audio near the end was okay, like you were trying to be quite so as not wake people up, but maybe invest in DJI mic with a dead cat ie; wind sock.
To each their own, however, better have them then not right? Let's be completely honest, railroads exist to make money, they could care less about preservation, and fallen flags, the fact they do is a privilege the railfan community takes for granted, and is good PR to the general populous. I'd rather have CSX"s styling to hide the fact it's a heritage unit from the head 'cuz it makes it more of a surprise, and thus, a dopamine hit vs seeing the livery from MILES away.
