Project ArbetSam - to support employees in elderly care

The purpose of ArbetSam (2011-2013) was to support staff in elderly care with a weak labour market position due to their lack of skills. The film shows a Swedish workplace in elderly care using reflective discussions and language advocates for workplace learning.The methods from ArbetSam are now being transferred to other countries within the project TDAR, Transfer and Development of ArbetSam Results.
