Hello CCA, without a further talk, this is the flagship YT cannel for car audio, I'm enjoying the explanations of the products and what they're capable of, really astonishing
Ironically the H/K in the 4 series is one of the best, it’s not half bad but it definitely lacks the crispness and balance of the Audison! Love my kit, sounds fantastic in the JCW. Unless you have something like an iX where the h/k has actually got some kick, the Audison is worth it by more then a country mile
For ppl asking about the bowers and Wilkins, all the speakers are the same even with Harmon kardon. BMW just pay for the licensing of the name and maybe a bit of an eq tweek. The base base unit get 6" underseat woofers. All others get 8"
BMW’s HK (Harman Kardon) and B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) audio systems are different. While both are premium audio systems available in BMW vehicles, they have distinct characteristics: 1. Manufacturer: HK is produced by Harman Kardon, a brand known for its high-fidelity audio in a variety of applications, including vehicles. B&W stands for Bowers & Wilkins, a British high-end audio company that specializes in delivering audiophile-quality sound. 2. Sound Signature: HK systems typically offer a well-balanced sound with a slightly bass-forward profile, designed to provide clarity across all music genres. B&W systems are known for exceptional clarity and accuracy, focusing more on high-definition audio and intricate details, often tailored for more refined listeners. 3. Availability: HK systems are commonly found in BMW’s mid-tier and some entry-level models. B&W is usually offered as a premium, optional upgrade in higher-end BMW models, especially in luxury lines like the 7 Series. 4. Technology: HK uses high-performance speakers and amplifiers but is generally less advanced compared to B&W. B&W incorporates more advanced technology, including materials like diamond tweeters, that cater to an audiophile experience. While they both offer premium audio experiences, Bowers & Wilkins systems tend to be more refined, aimed at delivering a true high-fidelity sound experience, while Harman Kardon provides an excellent quality that balances performance and cost for broader appeal.
So the before system was sounding bad because you had a dissapointed look and the image was b&w, while the new system was awesome because you looked happy and the image was in color?
It would have been more informative if you would have covered differences in materials; like tweeter materials and magnet differences. I have an M340 with the H/K system and, with the graphic equalizer and the surround sound turned off, it sounds pretty good compared to other aftermarket systems I’ve spend thousands of dollars in in other cars. Personally, I don’t think the difference justifies the price for upgrading. On the other hand, I have a 228 with the hi fi system and it definitely needs an upgrade
Nice idea's. We have done a lot of rectification work over the years form clients that have spent thousands and they sound awful, normally it is down to how the installation is done and the quality of products and team they have :)
@@CambridgeCarAudio mega! Calling on Mercedes S Class drivers or any Mercedes drivers with the Burmester 4D system to give Cambridge audio a shout out! Let's make the video happened this year of we can 🙏🏾
I listen to hip hop, rap, raggae, dance, trance, drum & bass, jungle, pop, rock, r&b, dubstep, baseline and love songs. I've even pink Floyd and beetles in my music collection. Good luck tuning a amp to my taste in music
@@vk9423 You either have a bad tune or simply have no clue as to what you are talking about! the new forza Amps are awesome, I have them powering nearly $10k (Us dollars) in speakers and they sound awesome...!

No, plug in headphones and listen to it
Great video, thanks. The Forza AF M12.14 bit, replace the existing RAM (booster) of this bmw ? TIA
Yes :)
What's your thought on the BMW i4 HK sound system? That one has a dedicated spare tire subwoofer. Any difference with this 440i?
Yes, very different and better, as it has a traditional midbass too

It'll be interesting to have your opinion on the Mercedes Burmester high end 4D sound system and see/hear how it compares to your best offering.
That would be good one, need to upgrade one and we will make the video 🙏 we try film as much as we can

Sounds great now just move the steering wheel back to the left side
Haha, let's not start that :)
Oi. Take it back. Lol
It looks better on the right 😌

they can
Do you prefer Hertz millie pro or Voce AV K6 as a front end? I have the millie pro, but thinking of swapping to some Voce . Run fully active
We can
We can, just need different presets
Similar but personal preference is Voce, sound is mostly down to how good the install is behind the scenes
How about browers and wilkins
Same stuff, different badge, however it is better than HK
I'll be going with a focal factory replacement system with Amp.
Class D amp(Forza DSP Amp) doesn’t give that gud sound with Voce.

I have Bang & Olufsen, Do yoou have that comparison?
