Was watching your video, looked down at another monitor to read something, looked up and it was like.. 🙃 Beautiful scenery! You always find the prettiest places to check out. Thanks for another great video!
Wow, those views brought back good memories. I've taken my cbr300r all the way down to LA with camping gear twice. It's so beautiful and breathtaking. It's strange seeing places I ride online lol
You are blessed with some amazing scenery and rides. Through your videos I am becoming more familiar with your state and I love what I see. In the UK 🇬🇧 we say Coast or sometimes Seaside 😀😂
Your videos inspire me to get out and explore more on my bike. I really enjoy them! Quick question -- what tank bag do you use? It looks like it's a good fit.
Nice coast ride. I’ve been on that short one way road, way above the water. Cool. How do you tie on the backpack, as a tail bag? Oops on the sideways GoPro mount mishap...ha
The backpack has compression straps that I loop through the saddle bags. If I’m not running the saddle bags, I loop them through the lil bar things on the side.
Hi I know this was 8 months ago but since it's about the coast: How much of the year do you think it's possible to ride on the coast? I'm planning on moving to Newport sometime soon. I am comfortable riding in the rain, and riding in cold into the 40s. Coming from salt lake city Utah so I'm not picky. Gets really cold and snowy here. If I can ride often enough to not have to store the bike up over winter I'd be happy. Once or twice a week would be amazing.
You’re so spoilt for roads and scenery. You mentioned about the weight with all your gear in the back, have you ever had a pillion on the back and if so does the CB500X cope with in reason?
Love the sideways videos! Haha. Your commitment to filming definitely shows. Thanks for including us in your adventure.
Ha ha 😊🙏😊👊
About to pull the trigger on a rally raid cb500x build. Awesome to see other pdx folks riding one!
Sweet!

Sweet. Moto camping is fun! I might still make a trip to Cali this year, we will see.
what a splendid area to ride, just wonderful
It was a nice ride. The Oregon coast is awesome.
Thanks for the ride! Brings back memories of my road-trips past! I love the CB500X! Hopefully in the market for a ADV bike next year.
No prob. This is a great bike.
Beautiful ride, enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing 👍🏽
Thank you. ;)

Nice. Thank you! I really like it here in Oregon. And thank you for the coffees!
Great views, thanks for sharing!
Thank you. My pleasure;)
Beautiful day for a beautiful ride. Thanks for sharing that!

Icon. It’s no longer made:/

Waterproof socks are great, and cooler than you would expect. How were the Dunlops on this ride?
This vid I filmed last week. Still had the Shinkos on.
Oh...to the future ha
Just purchased a new 2019 500X. Have you done a video about the gear you have installed?
Thanks
Not yet. I still have a few more items to get. Mainly a skid plate and crash bars.

I always love your videos. What kimd of tank bag is that?
Icon. It’s not made anymore.
Thanks for taking us along. Great adventure along the left coast. I missed if you mentioned it but how many miles did you put in.
I did over 300 on this day.
I’d love to see a video of you doing some crab fishing.
Cool ride. You couldn’t find a place to camp?
I did, but wasn’t feeling it. ;)
In the UK we call it the seaside.
The day after this video I was at a town named Seaside a lil further north on the coast.
When you get a chance, look up Shrimp on the Coast on RUclips. The video is from 2017, but BMW does it every year and it's free.
Ok. I’ll check it out. Thanks
The crash in the video is of me hitting the owner of the BMW dealership here in Oregon.
It is what we let it “is”.
Sir, how tall are you and how is the windprotection?
Ty
I am 5-8 and the wind doesn’t bother me. There are optional windscreens too.
👍
9:11 damn I wish I had views like that to ride to. Around here it’s either crop land or livestock.
Very fortunate to live in an awesome place.

I have not. From what I’ve read it does fine.
Oh my god what an off roader..150 m (meters)....my bike got dirty
What RPM is it turning at 70 mph ???
No clue. 5-6 maybe.
First comment!!!
❗️Yeah❗️
