Awesome footage David. I've been following your vids since starting my spearfishing journey 4 years ago. I'm still an amateur only diving to 10mtrs max with a breath hold of 15 secs max. Do you have any tips that I could practice at home to better my hold? Probably good to note too that I'm 47 years young lol. Cheers bro
Thanks man! I'm not an expert, but I've tried a bunch of different way to train at home out of the water and not much seems to help me other than generally trying to keep fit. I find getting in the water as much as possible is the best way to get better. When you're diving with a mate that's watching you try push your limits just a little bit, but just do things in small steps to keep it safe - don't try dive bomb 20m straight away haha.
