Why do the cops have to come in like they’re breaking up a hostage situation? They’re just selling vapes- and probably not even breaking the law. They should have joined the military if they wanted to be some kind of special forces. This is a joke.
Military has weight standards.
Its because the competing smoke shops called their buddy’s in high places.
Even if everything in the store was illegal… There is much more not being told in the story.
The same thing happened to my cousins smoke shop. In the end, she was acquitted, but it still cost over $100,000 in attorney cost and court fees as well as property damages they cause when they raided their business and house.
When are we gonna actually do something about these police depts and officers who just do what they want/ knowingly violate rights because they "feel" they know the law? The wrecklessness of law enforcement these days in the United States make this country look bad.

A few months ago I was at a south Fulton gas station near the interstate. There were numerous people smoking weed inside and selling drugs outside. It wasn’t even discrete. This is going on all over Fulton but they are worried about a shop that is selling the same thing as every other shop in ga? Something’s not adding up.
Yup the 2018 Farm Bill allows for < .3% THC by weight. Fresh pre-mature marijuana has less than that and is therefore classified as legal Hemp....but the law can still legally harass one about it even though field test kits are available to police.
It doesn't have to be premature man. There are many products sold in rec and med dispo that fall under that limit. Genetics, different growing techniques and curing methods can all help to keep it below the threshold for delta 9.

what about them cops breaking the law regarding reasonable force? They placed the lives of themselves and the community at risk with their actions. Thank God they weren't out rounding up truant students who failed to show up for Summer school.

Shouldn't the police arrest the people who rob the store and not the owners? Sounds like they were targeted probably from a bad tip but the police didn't do their homework first.
