The early version Hyperion had those purple cross lasers in Phase 1 that always got me my first time, because I never noticed them.
The Ascension DLC changed them to red lasers, so at least you can dash through them now.

I had so much trouble with boss 1 and 2. Boss 3 was easier (and such a cool fight!). This one I made on the first run. It's so easy. Just strafe and shoot, with an occasional jump or dash. I used the Carbine with Kill Shot special.

Bro opposite! Had Phrike and Exion on the 1st attempt but took a good 5 tries (with Astronaut revive)vto take down Nemesis. But it was an epic fight for sure

There's another permanent upgrade for the Weapons also with Leech on the name.. also very good for the bosses, since you can get up to 10% chances of getting health back by just shooting. That is indeed a life saver.. I've defeated Nemesis on the first run with that and didn't even used a health consumable.. I got really addicted to this game.. 😅
