PLEASE ..... if you ever bought shoes from PAYLESS then you know they're going to last a couple of months while I still have my Yves Saint Laurent bought in 1979 ..!!
@@otitisjeje9928 Why not? Better to have shoes that last ten years than to be constantly spending more money on new ones that are ruined within a few months of consistent wear.
How is the first walk in a new pair of shoes going to prove anything? It does not represent long term comfort or durability. Those shoes were not broken in yet. Useless test. How about the strength of the heel and shank? Heel stability is very important.
@@Matthew-hj3wl a comment from 4 years ago. Can't remember the video but I can say from the title cheap shoes cheap shoes. I have flats that can hurt my feet and I have super high heels that are relatively comfortable. You can design the shoe to be somewhat comfortable. No one should accept extremely uncomfortable shoes. You have to allow for them to break in. You can't just put them on and expect them to field grade or even know if they could be great in the long run. That's why my comment suggest this video is irrelevant for a quick try on.
Typically companies like Loubitin for women and Allen Edmonds or Santoni for men use more artisanal work versus machine and robotic assembly. Shoes like Edmonds or Santoni or Loubitin from my experience age well, like a fine wine or cheeses. A pair from say target or payless will do the job, but don't expect to keep 'em well. When it comes to men's shoes, it's a lot easier to tell what it's cheap and expensive. Nothing looks worse with a suit than bad shoes.
Did anyone pay attention to the twins. After walking a mile, one in Louboutins and the other in Payless, both of their feet hurt and they were both having chafing and redness on their feet. The $600.00 Louboutins were no better than Payless.
Karen McCann obviously they’re high heels! High heels aren’t meant to do the work of a sneaker so this was expected. What gave the louboutins there price is brand name and the leather inside which will cushion and form to your foot over time adding more comfort. The carbon paper will actually get more uncomfortable over time and even get ruined faster.
Somewhere in the middle road lies the answer - less known up-and-coming brands of high quality that can´t charge as much yet because they lack consumer awareness. Although Louboutins are of great quality (as they SHOULD be) you pay a LOT for the brand.
Have you heard Payless opened a fake high end stor Palessi for advertisement and people paid 600$ 700$ for 20$ Payless shoes at the end Payless return their money and gave the shoes for free.
so you can buy a lots of shoes which last you 5 months and then through them out, or you can invest in one which can last for years. Maybe in the long run, the Louboutin's will save you money and spare the planet of more plastic and waste.
@@ilikealotofthings731 That's completely unnecessary. The red lacquer will wear off pretty quick but the leather sole will last for decades. Leather soles have been used for 1000s of years because they're durable as hell.
Ok,quality has it's price and if you care for good quality, you'll be willing to pay the price.BUT:good quality does not cost 600$,never does.Good leather shoes will probably cost you between 100 up to 200$ anything more than that does not buy you quality but only the name of some overrated designer.
20$ for high heels is really cheap so on that, I'd agree. But I'd rather have 15 pairs of good quality shoes instead of one pair of excellent shoes. Who wants to wear the same pair of shoes all the time? I prefer to mix it up. I'd rather wear my 15 pairs say... 5 times each than one pair 75 times.
You can buy 30 pairs of the less expensive shoes, even if you only get 2 months out of the cheaper shoes thats 580 dollars in your pocket.your getting 5 years worth of shoes.
I have several pairs of Christian louboutin. Cant lie they effing hurt regardless. But they are easily resoled, reheeled, if you take care of them they will last beyond the pricetag. A cheap shoe doesnt last like that.
well you're paying for long term durability.......and you get more wear per dollar with the 600 dollar shoes and because you paid that much you tend to take care of them better, not to mention save closet space on 30 piece of shit shoes.
you can buy shoes that aren't 1000+ that are not only just as good quality but also more comfortable and look just as good, you're just paying for the stupid red sole.
i can never understand this why somebody buy something with high price, if there is just that useful item in cheaper price.. 600$ is totally too much for shoes and maybe for any clothing
you can get good shoes for reasonable price! there are a lot of companies which make good heels that cost 60-200$... and if you get them on sell, even better my heels are all lather and very comfy... how much I paid? no more than 70$...
i can tell the difference my louboutins my gucci louis vuitton balenciaga sneakers ysl dolce and gabbana i can tell the difference they're as comfy as my nike running shoes
I got some laboutins as a gift last year and guess what, they are uncomfortable and the sole is crap and slippery. My 180$ scholl high heels are way more comfortable(allthough a little higher),look like better quality, have nicer leather and a way better technologie inside the exterieur. Having good quality for less is stylish, paying way too much for mediocre stuff just shows that you're an easy target to get ripped off.So no,the laboutins don't make me feel good, they just make me feel like a fool.

1979 it must stink lol
I don't need a shoe to last 10 years
@@otitisjeje9928 exactly shoe will stink at 2nd or 3 years

@@nathanielcraig3588 No NIGGA, no matter how hard you try to spin it, Louboutins ain't worth the coin.
who cares buy what pleases you its your money at the end of the day...
The Louboutins have a nicer profile, the shape is slightly more appealing.

There not Made to be comfortable

I can spot the Louboutins a mile away...the heel is different and they look better to me. IJS
I think you should buy what you can afford and like.
Yes...definitely

Payless is awesome. They have really cute and good running shoes , i was a track runner and theyre just as good as nikes cept much much cheaper

no laboutins doesnt save any money ,i dont like to wore same shoe on 2nd or 3rd year.you can get nice genuine leather shoe for 30$ 40$ easily

exactly.
They measure them for comfort? They weren't built for comfort, if they wanted that then they'd buy slippers instead.

I go for the more expensive. Why? Because the &$20 pair will kill your feet also cheap shoes aren't durable

not true i have many shoes around 25 $and they are comfortable and nothing happens ,
@James Chungus Ever hear the term "Lipstick on a pig" ? L.V . aside the most cheap expensive shoes these days are Nikes.
Did we have to cut the shoes in half to see what they were made of ?😩😭😢
i would be realy happy with $600 right now, forget shoes

Yes, but you don't explain why a leather interior is better.. More durable? Best fit?
yes they can.!!! especially pre-teens and teens.!!
right on...good quality doesnt cost THAT much, good leather shoes 200 tops
i can never understand this why somebody buy something with high price, if there is just that useful item in cheaper price.. 600$ is totally too much for shoes and maybe for any clothing
But which lasts the longest amount of time?
no reason to buy $600 dollar shoes.
I love shoes as well as the next woman but I would never spend $600 on a pair of shoes.
Dang thought it was gonna be sneakers
you must be too young`or don't know this is really a female thing
Pernection it doesn't really matter it can be both a male and female thing
"could you even tell the difference" OBVIOUS THE FUCKING LY U CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE, THE LEATHER QUALITY AND THE RED SOLE!
People and there priorities
i spend an average of $200 on bball shoes per eyar
you can get good shoes for reasonable price!

Its only on look, but i hate when shoes hurrt!
Tires are the same way.
This video was really interesting!
She only last 20 mins in a pair of 4” heels? And they were a round toe. Should’ve picked different women to test drive them
Why not get sneakers?
You know I'm a girl and I'm just happy with some sneakers, I'd rather my shoes be affordable and comfterable rather than fashionable
i can tell the difference my louboutins my gucci louis vuitton balenciaga sneakers ysl dolce and gabbana i can tell the difference they're as comfy as my nike running shoes
thats a $580 difference difference
I need comfort before sexy but sexy and comfort would be awesome.
yeah but payless is crap.
I wonder if the $600 dollar shoes use slave labor as much as the cheaper shoe companies.
I need to go to that shoe store
I came here from "plastic surgery gone wrong" videos. I think they look worse when they try to "Fix" their faces.
My satisfied with my Shaqs.
This was the perfect gig for Violet Chachki.

expensive shoes are for fancy people, it never said anything about them being smart ;)
