I love Paul. The way he's old school respectful reminds me of myself kinda but more of my dad. They are legit old school and I only learned from them. That's why their coolness is unmatched. I like to pre blend my oats, microwave them, then mash a banana in it with a sprinkle of sweetener 👌🏻. Also I scramble two whole eggs with lean turkey sausage and splash of egg whites.
The longer I've been into bodybuilding, the less I am interested in training videos so I love videos like these or just day in the life type stuff. Maybe it's because so many people's training videos these days are like a highlight reel vs talking/explaining.
I mean, here in italy if I'm prepping food for my friends and they start eating while I'm still cooking they are fucking finishing the dish somewhere else
I miss the old Fouad. The 6 pieces of bread, 6 eggs, cheese, butter, mayonaise and tomato ketchup for breakfast with a glass of chocolate milk Fouad.
