Hey guys! A lot of people keep asking about what to do for the rapping part. The rap is considered verse 2, so you use the same chords and strumming as you did for verse 1:)

Keep repeating and I promise it gets easier! It took me a few days the first time I learned this song! You can always use single down strums with the chords and that makes it a lot more simple!:) hope that helps!

You need to learn the strumming the chords and then you add the singing into it, watch the video a few times too to get it.

i got my uke about a month ago and i practice 30-40 mins every single day, i’ve improved so so much. i watch all of your tutorials and if i never came across your channel i probably would still be learning a C chord😂 this is the hardest song i’ve learned but this tutorial made it so easy! thank you❤️✨
I do it all but when it comes to the singing i loose the strumming pattern 😕
Just keep practicing!! And you can always go back to single down strums if you want it to be easier to sing and strum at the same time:) Best of luck

do you have any advice for people who have just started playing the ukulele? i got mine yesterday and i have absolutely no idea what to do. im still not tyler joseph yet.
My best advice is to practice a few chords at a time, use single down strums, & take it slow. Focus on accuracy of playing each chord, and then you can work on strumming patterns and speed later:) The C and Am chords are pretty easy if you want to try switching between those first! Hope this helps!

I'm really struggling with the Dm chord
idk if youre still struggling with it but u can use (idk what chord this is I just played it accidently and it sounds similar to Dm) its like an Am but on the second string. so your finger goes on the second fret second string

If you dont have a ukulele, heres a way to play on a guitar:
1. Put a capo on the 5th fret.
2. Convert the chords: Left= ukulele. Right= guitar
1. C = G
2. D = A
3. E = B
4. F = C
5. G = D
6. A = E
7. B = F
8. Am = Em
9. Bm = Fm
10. Em = Bm
Got any other chord? just ask and Ill check

You can use the same chords in this video and probably even the strumming on guitar! Just google "Am chord on guitar" and do the same thing for the other chords as well! The progressions are all the same for ukulele and guitar! And because there's no capo, you just play it the same way! I hope that helps:)
