I love how difficult some polish words are and pronouncing them is fun as it helps you improve your Polish too. Sunglasses is one of those words that looks so hard but if you close your eyes and just say it fast you get it. I lived in Poland teaching English for a year but I was very interested to learn Polish and 8 years on I still retain a lot of words but speaking fluently will always be out of my reach 😂
My wife Ania is very fluent now in English after 4 years in the UK but forgets my need/wanting to learn Polish. Think she gave up with my pronunciation lol
I really like the way you break down the pronunciation of the words. A beach word I have seen in hashtags is #plażing but is plażing ever used apart from in hashtags? I've seen the verb plażować which seems natural to use and conjugate, but with the English looking ending -ing, I have no idea how this would be used.
@BrewTube There is no such word as plażing (beaching) in the Polish dictionary. It is an invented word, a kind of modern youth slang. Defines spending time on the beach.
Thank you. I have decided to learn Polish as I am a big fan of Motorbike Speedway & so many of the great racers are Polish that I want to follow their social media & understand what they are saying in interviews.
In Polish language often you can say one word many ways . It’s not wrong to say it differently . You’d have to give me an example :-) thank you for watching
@@itsewelina thank you so much for the reply, your videos are extremely helpful for me but what I meant is that on your videos you say jeden druga trzecia and on the app it says jeden dwa trzy, don’t get me wrong I understand your a native and having polish blood in me I’m really interested in learning the language but I just didn’t know why they would be different
@@ericdanielski4802 Kocham Cię (don't forget the diacritical mark at the end). Also it's good practice to start the personal pronoun with a capital letter - this shows a special respect for the addressee of your message.

People use these English endings and think they sound cool when they actually sound stupid. Don't imitate them.
Thanks

Ewelina you are always cute ,beautiful to me
Hi your videos are perfect however when I use the translate app many of the words are different, do they have the same meaning or is the app wrong ?
Trust her, she's a native Pole, and knows best. Words have different meanings, so check the other meanings as well

Both are correct , but used differently. You’ll say druga, trzecia godzina. It depends on context and what you are trying to say .
@@itsewelina thank you so much
I was doing good until the sunglasses part🤦♂️
You’re not the only one lol
