Biết là phải biến tấu sao cho hợp với khẩu vị của người hàn, nhưng mà cũng hơi bị khác biệt quá rồi, chẳng biết nên nói là món hàn hay món việt nữa.

This Korean-style Vietnamese food looks very interesting. Lots of chili peppers. I'm guessing for this shop, it's more convenient to stick with just one form of rice noodle but it would be nice if they used vermicelli rice noodle for Bun cha. Still looks very delicious! Thank you for sharing the kitchen of this place with us!
Asian has all old dishes. Nothing seems to change in their diets. And they eat plenty fried foods. They must not be into modernization or something. Just my thoughts at the moment 🙏💕😉😆😂🤣

Just ignore the Vietnamese negative comments. Yes, all the dishes of this Vietnam restaurant are completely different from how Vietnamese actually cook. But it looks really delicious, will try.
The point of their comment is not about how good the food looks at all. They're commenting about how its not even Vietnamese food anymore. What's the point of marketing it as Vietnamese food when its clearly not.

@@VietNguyen-yx4ym Because the high level of standards the natives hold for the accurate authenticity of their food is not matched by any other group. Despite what the "Vietnamese people" say, this is still Vietnamese food for literally everyone else, and as long as it tastes good, people will be happy. It's like Italians saying pizzas from other cultures (America, Korea, etc) aren't authentic Pizzas. Whatever, we don't care. American and Korean pizzas are delicious and no one cares about authenticity except the ones (usually the natives) that are overly obsessed with upholding their tradition. Natives can keep making culturally accurate authentic dishes from their homeland. Any cuisine that leaves their homeland will go through some sort of a transformation.
PS - I bet you, even within Vietnam, certain dishes that originated from a specific region that got imported to other regions later on, failed to stay the same.
If you don't know any better, you eat it.
Mặc dù nhìn là thấy món ăn đã được biến tấu khá nhiều nhưng mình lại thấy người chủ biến tấu cực kỳ sáng tạo, nhìn rất hấp dẫn theo cách riêng của họ mà vẫn hút khách. Điều này thực sự đáng khen! Mình nghĩ có thể vì vậy mà họ bán đắt hàng.
베트남사람인데 한국에서도 이렇게 베트남 음식을 유행해진거 너무 감사하고 자랑스업네요. 사랑합니다.
1주 전에 가 봤는데 반쎄오 아주 맛있구요, 같이 나온 김치랑 곁들여 먹는 편이 더 맛있습니다 쌀국수는 평범했습니다.
자막 따로 붙이시는지 몰랐는데 자막 켜고 보니 뭔가 조리 과정이나 모르는 메뉴가 나왔을 때 보기 좋은거 같네요
다낭.하노이에서 먹던 비쥬얼과 많이 비슷하네요.한국에서도 이정도로 하는 쌀국수집이 있다는게 대단하네요

It's definitely not authentic, and some dishes go off completely to the original ones. However, this is a good effort from the owner. I think they customize everything for the local there.
As someone who lives in the US and have tried foods like Pho, Vermicelli noodles, etc, I think the food represented in this video look amazing. Maybe, like you said, they aren't authentic but most people don't care about that as long as it tastes good :)
@@trstnhn People don't care about authenticity doesn't mean it should break from the originality. Tasting is a contributing factor, but the food is specific to someone because it requires a certificate and a place of birth.
@@qlnguyen301 That's a really funny ideology. Cuisines all go through the process of localization when exported to other regions. Who are you to say that's wrong? Regardless, I can guarantee that you are a minority in such belief.
@@trstnhn if Vietnamese pho and its ingredients change as much as to favor the Korean tastes, it should be seen as Korean, not Vietnamese. Later on, if a country or its people doesn’t try to keep its authenticity and originality, it’s going to be lost. No one in this case is wrong. Instead, we are on an equal ground in our opinion and experience. You needs the taste to be the most favor. Others need its originality and authenticity because they appreciate the creation of pho.
@@qlnguyen301 Authenticity remains in the country the dish originated from. If a certain cuisine leaves the border and gets introduced in a different country, it's going to go through a LOCALIZATION process to adhere to the taste buds of the locals. I'm guessing you're Vietnamese? I don't know if you lived abroad before but I can guarantee you as someone who lives in the United States that a lot of dishes from varying cuisines get Americanized here.
Take a look at Sushi. The whole California concept was created in the United States (in California). Authentic traditional Japanese Sushi has no rolls like California roll, Rainbow roll, Philadelphia roll, etc... But they are still called Sushi, a Japanese food. No one calls those rolls American food. Also, just because those fusion-ish localized dishes were created, the original authentic Japanese food aren't being threatened into going extinct...

It does look delicious, but I really hate the cultural food theft thing though. Years down the road, koreans will be claiming that these food are original korean food. Vietnamese still make some of the best pho.

@@AndyDanny47 Tell that to the entire world about pizza, curry, Chinese food, etc. (heck even Korean food). In fact just about any food not native to a certain country are not left alone. Perhaps even ban "fusion" food, right?

Korean people cooking and running a Vietnamese restaurants in Korea. Nice. Food looks legit like Vietnamese food.
First time I see a Vietnamese restaurant serve dried rice noodles and canned pineapples, it's always fresh everywhere else! This is very far from authentic.
In some place with very few Vietnamese, it's impossible to find fresh rice noodle, and pineapple is a tropical fruit. I wouldn't blame them for using dried noodles and canned fruit in Korea.
The way they prepared the food definitely Korean Style though. I never see Vietnamese food get blended so much.

쌀국수는 일반 쌀국수들보다 약간의 한약재?향이 있고
반쎄오는 월남쌈느낌에 여러가지 조합해서 소스 찍어먹으면 맛있고 포만감이 좋습니다😋
두개다 맛있게 먹었습니다

I know I'm wrong but I usually drench my pho with hoisin sauce. Anyways, awesome dishes and the presentation are great.
Not wrong at all. That’s southern pho. The northern pho doesn’t use hoisin sauce, they use vinegar and fish sauce instead.
I used to do that, putting a ton of hoisin and sriracha sauce in my phos. That was when I was a kid. As I matured, so did my taste buds, and I grew to appreciate the original broth more than strong provocative sweet/spicy flavors.
These dishes aren't Vietnamese authentic, but I have to say, they carry the soul of Vietnamese food in them. Thank to the owner of the restaurant who delivery our food to the international friends.

I was backpacking through Korea a few years ago and I was so homesick for Viet food that I popped into one of these and it was just so comforting to have taste of home. lol From Seoul, to Busan, to Jeonju, there was at least one Viet restaurant somewhere.
