Rivet and Ratchet are of the same race not connected by bloodline. Kaden has one child and Ratchet has no siblings.
Except we did have a confirmation that Rivet is in fact Ratchet's Counterpart, and not a member of his Species' Representants.

I’ve heard no one else talk about this but I think James Arnold Taylor has done his best performance of Ratchet yet. Not to say his work before this were bad, far from it. It’s just you can tell there’s more emotion behind it.

Oh yeah. The dude's had 20 years to refine the voice for him. He's had major time to understand the character and improve his skill. Just from the first Ratchet game to the second was a big difference.

Hearing the Mags mention jak and daxter and sly cooper makes me sad knowing those games are very unlikely to come back im happy to know ratchets story can still continue as so many questions where unanswered

This game was very well made. They did an amazing job and concept on the visuals, character development, and especially the story. I really hope to see more of Rivet and Kit, especially when it’ll come to the whole: “Finding The Lombaxes” in another dimension. A story worth waiting for, maybe Ratchet finally learning the full truth between Kaden (his father) and his full back story.
btw Fun Fact: I’ve noticed that throughout this whole game, Dr Nefarious has not ONCE froze up (Janice and Lance) at all. Really wished they added that in, it’s a really funny detail for Nefarious.

That last recording might dispel the theory about Rivet being Ratchet’s dimensional counterpart, because if the Lombaxes are scattered across dimensions then who’s to say Rivet’s parents aren’t one of those scattered?
I honestly prefer this to Rivet just being a dimensional Counterpart to Ratchet because.......reasons!
Plus it’d make things so much more confusing.
I don’t think Rivet is his counterpart, way too many differences for that to be a thing. I also feel like them saying she is is super lazy

I found that confusing. Did the Lombaxes in Rivet's dimension flee to another as well? Was the Kaden of that dimension her father?
Makes sense. Remember what Tachyon said, the Lombaxes aren’t dead, they’re just in another dimension. Maybe Rivet’s parents and Ratchet’s parents were transported to the same dimension.

Man, he saw Knack!! "Creatures made of relics" is probably the Monastery's Relic Golems from Knack 2. I never thought that Knack would be referenced in a Ratchet & Clank game, but here we are!

Ratchet And Clank had a reference in the game Resistence 3. At the end of the game we see the kid playing with a Hydra robot (3 headed snake robot you fought with in the arenas in "Ratchet & Clank - A Crack In Time".
I guess Mags was in Knack 2 because we see more creatures like Knack
There have been a few times in past games where Ratchet had the chance to reunite with his family but chose to save the universe instead. Emperor Tachyon offered to send him home for example
For that ratchet was afraid to leave everyone he had grown to become friends with and he is dating talwyn. I heard from a friend that the comics for the series seem to be having a upsetting turn of events in the comics
This game is nostalgic, but it's not, it's bringing me back to a place of laughter, imagination, and joy. It reminds me of my childhood but better

They are hating on this game because they feel platform genre or series is irrelevant at this day and age. They complain about its dated gameplay and graphics that serve no purpose in showing what the PS5 can do. Heck, I call it BS and to be honest, I think it's perfect timing. I have been playing so many M rated games slash action or shooting that I feel like I need to take a break from it. This game is simply AMAZING in every way.

Ratchet lost his parents, his species are trapped in different dimensions and his father figure Alastair died saving the universe to make up for his mistakes of allowing Percival Tachyon to create his army, almost killed Rachet and the universe as well.
The War is finally over. The Percival Tachyon species are trapped for all eternity in hell of other dimensions and Dr.Nefarious is taking a break.
It’s time to take all of the Lombaxes home.

4. Gary's friend? I mean he said something to Clank - I can't remember.

Theory: I might be wrong but I have a feeling mags might be Ratchets father. He recreated the dimensionator as a hat, and that's how it was shown in the previous Ratchet in clank game tools of destruction if I'm not mistaken
No, Kaden is Ratchet's father, in the entry 2 Mags says that He delivered the dimensionator to him. Kaden already was Ratchet's father in the past games as well.
