I’m back at it with another upgrade. This time we’ll be working on an Epiphone Junior, which is a lot like a Special with only one humbucker. In this episode, I install locking tuners and finish a bunch of wiring. This is a multi-episode project, and I hope you enjoy following along.

@@hacksguitarhobby If you do, install a tungsten carbide sustain block. Nobody talks about this metal used in the floyd rose.
The switches add a lot of versatility, I don't know if you have any interest in sharing some sound samples but it seems like a fun guitar to have around. Thanks for the video!

I used to have the same guitar in sunburst and was able to do the same series/split/parallel with a single 3-way toggle switch between the volume and tone knobs. Much simpler solution, but I dig your ingenuity and clean work with that wiring and routes!
Also, those tuners are just a spoof of PRS locking tuners. They sell an official set of SE upgraded tuners for about $90, so I assume Guyker is going after that market.
Nice, I haven’t seen the PRS lockers but will look for them. I seriously considered the switch location you mentioned, but I decided to test my skills on the routing, especially figuring I had nothing to loose. :) This poor guitar has been through the wringer!
