Just thought I’d clarify, I was using the 10% Katsuyu that we actually see summoned, if you were using 100% of her body which is far larger (obviously) than you could place her higher I just didn’t since she’s mostly feat less in that form
even 10% considering its the super Healing thing I really don't expect it to be effected by poison. the snakes be more effected by that before her.
Do you think Katsuyu has any connection to Hashirama and his Sage mode? Just asking because Kabuto all but stated that only 3 locations have Sage teachers and one of them was Shikkotsu forest where Katsuyu lives.

I been saying Enma is built different. He shows no fear in taking down Orochimaru. And orochimaru acknowledges Enma like he’s a threat. It just seems like he alone is above people like part 1 kakashi, Zabuza 😂

That’s massive downplay Emma was able to kill orochimaru who is high kage level and was Abel to push the 9 tails out the village

3. Orochimaru isnt High Kage Level. Far from it, he scales to Sage Jiraya/Seal Tsunade if we are generous (with his 8 headed snake) and these 2 dont even scale to the Raikage. Sage Jiraya was inferior to Pain Arc SM Naruto and early war arc KCM1 Natuto wasnt superior to war arc SM Naruto (We litterally see SM peform better but KCM1 gets a lot stronger throughout the war) but he definitely was superior to Pain Arc SM and the Raikage scales to that one.
There are many Kage stronger than Orochimaru. 3rd Raikage, 4th Raikage, Onoki, Muu, Gengetsu, Hashirama, Edo Hashirama, Tobirama, Edo Tobirama, Edo Hiruzen, Prime Hiruzen, Minato, Edo Minato, every Boruto Kage (sadly because the anime is shit), Kakashi (even without his sharingan because its stated that this kakashi is stronger than war arc kakashi but I heavily doubt they included DMS in that statement).
There are also many non kage fighters who are way stronger than him: Pain, Edo Nagato, Itachi, Edo Itachi, every Sasuke form since MS Sasuke, Bee, Obito, Madara, Kisame, every Edo Jinchuriki.
Orochimaru is Mid Kage Level if we are being honest

I would argue that Katasuyu is the strongest of the 3 way deadlock.
The Katsuyu that is relatively on Manda 1 and Gamabunta's level is only 10%. The acid she has is possibly her only offense, but its potent enough for Orochimaru to be afraid of. I personally think the size difference and the acid would make a difference.
I would say she's offensively possibly the most threatening and definitely the most versatile and useful

I think that, by the end of the show, the main characters don't really need firepower from a summoning, so having Katsuyu that has large scale medical support is more valuable than a big frog with a sword.

I think you have a misstep here
10% Katsuyu (1/10th) was summoned during the later part of the war when Tsunade and Sakura opened their Byakugō to simultaneously summon her together. Which is insane that they both had to open the seal to summon JUST 1/10th
This being said... The other instances of Katsuyu that we have seen is LESS than 10%
Enma was able to push back the full powered Nine Tails. And when he was summoned, dude had no fear what so ever. I would have love to see this guy fight in his prime.
Cool thing about katsuyu is she is the only slug summon. Every slug small and big is a percentage of katsuyu. The giant katsuyu is only 20% of her true form. Somewhere out there, there is a hidden village sized Katsuyu

Katsuyu Stomps her sheer size if she would be fully summoned would overwhelm the others, just imagine her full size acid. She's already larger than all others at 10% her size, imagine her splitting into 2 or 3, she'd stomp
Maybe another cool idea would be the other summons of the anime like Kisames 1000 Hungry Sharks,Sasoris 100 puppets or Dedaras Giant Clay Dragon basically the summons that were created by shinobi

There's actually some implication that the Pain's dog summon's ability to multiply is a separate Rinnegan/Nagato ability he gives it and not something unique to the dog
I think it's called Endless Summoning Jutsu in the Third Databook, and the wording makes it sound like Pain can give it to ANY summon he wants since it never makes it seem exclusive to the dog summon and its hard to say how far it can extend since he only ever does with the dog. Pain is also the only listed user, not the dog or any other Rinnegan user.
"A summoning jutsu to which special conditions have been added. The summoned entity is given a certain condition, such as multiply when attacked. When that condition is met, a jutsu that causes the entity to multiply is invoked."
Oh wow this is actually really fascinating, it might be a case of the other summons have better specialties and because the dog itself is so lackluster it’s the perfect summon to multiply. Really interesting regardless

I would put Pa low A+, Ma top of A tier /above the 3way deadlock, sage jutsu is busted, the 3 would be hard diff and their aoe moves are crazy which is perfect counter for 3way deadlock

I quite enjoy this style of naruto video it lets topics people usually see as background info finally get their time in the like light so i definitely would like to see more like for instance which villages ranked ranked, or even named weapons ranked there's a couple that are always either overshadowed or forgotten.

I was waiting for Hiruzen to pull out monkey sage mode as an Edo and the excuse was just that he didn't have time to do it against orochimaru. It would have been so sick and it makes perfect sense for his character but Kishi didn't want anyone to shine besides the indra and asura reincarnation characters apparently.
What a shame, not giving Senjutsu to someone who's inspired from Monkey King. Actually, Senjutsu is associated with Sun Wukong.

isn't katsuyu literally bigger than a mountain range or some shit. feel like size alone based on tsunades statements she gotta slam half the a+. sure they only summon like a single digit percentage, but this is just the creatures themselves being ranked. like in the wild theres just zero shot shes not stomping at least the rest of the deadlock.
I was going off 10% since that’s the only version we have substance for but, if you wanted to make a case by all means, I just used 10% since that’s what’s actually been summoned

Even if you don’t want to assume too much about her fully size strength you still must acknowledge that she is at least 10 gamabunta/manda level bodies

You’re underestimating Katsuyu, she can attack, protect, heal and communicate information, also her og size is like a mountain and you she doesn’t get damaged by physical attacks

Katsuyu is 5% when summoned by 1 user only 10 when with a combined effort. Katsuyu should be in s+ tier

I think Katsuyuyu is also dependent on who’s summoning her and there power at that point. I think an in prime Tsunade or war arc Sakura summoning her would out her more relative to Aoda and Gamakichi who I believe are both ahead of Manda & Manda 2.0 and Bunta. Gamakichi is a sage mode user like Ma & Pa. I would also put Ma right below Pa just giving her credit for also being a sage mode user.
Other than that I would agree and technically the juubi has been summoned so if including that it would obviously go number 1 unless you include Hagoromo being able to summon six paths Naruto and Sasuke (which I guess could be part of the Rinnegan animal path summoning technique)

The tailed beasts aren't "summons" just because it can be reverse summoned does not make it a summon animal. You can reverse summon other ninjas too, and weapons, but they are not "summons"

I respect the effort, but you kind of lost me immediately when you said the giant genjutsu clam summon was F-tier. It's pointless to rank them based on which summon would win a fight against each other or their offensive output only rather than how useful they are in battle for a shinobi summoning them. And in the latter case, Gengetsu's Giant Clam is A-tier _at least_ -- it literally made huge swathes of an army unable to effectively combat their opponent even when he was trying to tell them how to do it. Even a ninja with average power would be incredibly dangerous with the Giant Clam if they were even a little big clever and put in enough work to learn a B-rank jutsu... which most shinobi would be able to do.
Otherwise good video. It's well presented and engaging enough to hold interest. Cheers!
I did mention this in the video as it’s just way too difficulty to objectively say which summon is > as some fundamentally do different things so I had to segment it, appreciate the enjoyment and critique.

I think the centipede and Sasuke's hawk should trade spots. It deserves C tier since it did take one of Danzo's lives by hitting him with that shuriken. Also Ma should be right behind Pa above the 3 way deadlock for her powerful genjutsu.
Video idea: best team of 5 from typical leaf ninja to TRACK and CAPTURE hebi sasuke. These 5 will get basic info on sasuke’s abilities. Might Guy is unavailable cause he’s in the hospital or something. Just consider people like konaha 12, anbu/root, team captains, particular clan member we know for their abilities.
Some interesting strategies could happen. Like shikamaru attaching a shadow to lee for him to tag sasuke. Or sai flying with a long range fighter to fight from the air like diedera. Asuma wind style blades for chidori with Yamato wood style and water style for blocking sauske’s fire
Would you be able to include sand shinobi since they’re allied with the leaf and the two help each other out like during the Kazekage rescue mission?

Kakashi for ninja hound tracking, sharingan to fight genjutsu, can fight him head on with back up.
Yamato to keep pressure on sasuke, defend teammates
Shikamaru for shadow possession, dissecting sasuke’s moves
Naruto cause he’ll be able to annoy sasuke with shadow clones and talk no jutsu. The rest of the team can deal with Naruto if he goes 4 tails.
@@spit-fire Temari is probably better at wind style than Asuma is no lie. Anyway Shikaku/Shikamaru, Choza, Inoichi, Shino’s dad, and Temari that’s who I’d sent to capture Hebi Sasuke. I’m assuming that I can’t pick Kakashi but if I can I’d replace Choza with him. Mind transfer into shadow possession, then the parasitic beetles eat his chakra. Or I’d replace the Aburame with Yamato since wood style suppresses chakra.
I think Katsuyu is probably closer to S-Tier. The biggest form of Katsuyu that’s summoned isn’t even her full size. Along with that, later in the show, you don’t need an offensive summoning. Support summonings are more useful later in the show as the main characters have stronger offensive abilities than most summonings.
What about the 1000 hands statue? Or the rashomon walls?
1000 Hands is a Wood Style technique not technically a summong, and the Rashomon walls are really strong defensively yet are just walls so they'd be F tier in terms of offensive capability, defensively they'd be Godly

The chameleon Id say go lower than the bull and Rhino as it has no real offensive capabilities compared to the two and it got 1 tapped while in the pain fight with naruto ma never 1 taps any of the bigger summons just halts them.
It's just not an offense/battle based summon instead it's more of a support for Nagato

I'd definitely put Sakura's Naruto summon S tier, why? In the Pain arc, Sakura only said Naruto, then he was there. That proves it doesn't need chakra and it's only for Sakura.

Fair enough response, tbh there's more of an implication Enma ~ or able to keep pace with Hiruzen compared to Ibuse who seems to be more support to Hanzo, even by strict lore standards or by what's actually shown. Pa and Ma are summons technically but, just are never summoned and take quite a bit of time to summon.
