Have use Paiste cymbals since was 17 (now 66) always a consistent clear sound from the range of cymbals. God Bless from Keith Jones Christian Drummer, North Devon England (retired to Cornwall). Ex Patchwork Quilt, Ark, Flying Fortress, Saltpeter, Oggle band, Christian Group Steve Martin Band.
i have a 19" rude wild crash paired with a 19" rude thin crash. They go together like peanut butter and jelly haha. definitely the best cymbals for metal i've ever played.
Someone stole my 22" signature series Power Ride and I'm having a hard time finding one to replace it...matter of fact can't find none... please help...!?! Somebody...Anybody...Please and Thank you...!!!
Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking, WTF is with that music? Not the best choice there guys. Maybe you should redo the same vid with a different soundtrack. Maybe one that actually uses drums and cymbals? haha
The music soundtrack is simply AWFUL (I wish I could underline and show the word in BOLD). Especially for the nature and sound of Paiste cymbals and gongs ... Fortunately, watching the steps of fabrication is very gratifying, and saves the day.
Some of the most repelling music ever blasted over a RUclips video. Whereas Zildjian's "how a Zildjian is made" RUclips video is pure blissful fascination, with only real factory sounds associated with each step in manufacturing. It gives the impression Zildjians are for artsy thinkers who appreciate craftsmanship, and Paistes are for simpletons with godawful taste in music. I love the Paistes I play, but this video is embarrassing.
Paiste, you produce really nice cymbals but.. what the hell with that music?
Watching the cymbal making process gives me such pleasure! I love my beautiful Dark Energy cymbals!

I find it ironically hilarious that you would use electronic music showing how you make cymbals, which aren't intended for electronic music at all.
Love watching these videos 👍 thanks for sharing.

It's cool to know that my PST 5's were hand crafted. Good work Paiste!
I love your cymbals, Paiste, but I turned off that "music" while watching. Ugh.
I love Paiste cymbals!!!

Just bought the 19" RUDE Wild Crash & 22" Signature Power Ride for US$550 and they sound awesome! Best metal cymbals EVER! Paiste for life!

Endlich, auf dieses Video habe ich gewartet ;)
Very cool.....
Soundtrack was created by Merlin Ettore. Above is the link to his Paiste Artist Profile.

Can anybody suggest two 17" crashes that would go great together as hi-hats?
yup !! ;)
Really stupid to work without eye protection. Those bits of metal can blind you in a second.
Ah, now I hear it. I wasn't wearing headphones before.

Listen carefully. Merlin plays Alpha series on this recording. ;)
