Interesting scenarios. I've read quite a few books on Astronomy and this is an original twist. Thanks for creating this. The effect these planets would have on Earth as its "Moon" really brings out the immense forces that they can exert. And also the scale. This is a great lesson for students and anyone who wants to gain a better appreciation of the planets in our solar system. Terrific work here!

Don't listen to the Doctor Who audio story "Spare Parts", then: Mondas, Earth's twin, pretty much got shot through space. Its atmosphere was stripped away, leaving the people there surviving underground in sealed cities for warmth/air.
Anyone who goes up to the surface to explore? They get baked by radiation/vacuum.

Wouldn’t the radiation from Jupiter be a problem?

Yes, but considering this is a bonkers scenario, given it doesn't even take into account how the other planet's atmospheres would change from being closer/farther than the sun, nevermind the speed they would arrive at would probably yeet us into the sun or out of the system, I'd say just roll with it

If Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus or Neptune replaced our moon, the earth would become a moon of these planets...

You had Moon and Earth rotating at the same rate. No. One lunar day is 708 hours.
