So I am little confused. At the step where you mount Exchange Server ISO you do that on DC, right and then you run those schema prep commands, but on which server you run setup.exe is it also on DC or separate Server where you re-mounted Exchange Server ISO and ran setup.exe. Because I ran it on DC and got msg it is not recommended to install Exchange Server on DC. Please clarify. Thanks.
Thanks a lot. After watching your video I was able to install the Exchange 2019 without any error message. Very useful. Only one thing is bothering me. Once the exchange got installed i restarted the server. I visited Ecp portal, there initially I saw the Topology error after which I restarted the Ms Exchange Active Directory topology services. Fortunately the error gone, however as soon as I login with my credential, after that it throwed an error of 500 error was unable to handle your request. Please suggest how to fix it. Any other exchange services which needs to be restarted ???

It is possible to run exchange on the DC but it isn’t recommended for security reasons.
