Of course the would improve with how much they train and put efforts to their work behind the scenes, they never stop grinding and improve in both singing and dancing to even their streaming behavior have evolved

Seeing as Aoi Yuuki (Tanya) is Bae's favourite VA, it's no surprise she absolutely crushed it. It really was the perfect choice for celebrating her new outfit. Chimera feels like the perfect spiritual successor to DO U, Kiara's really carved out a great niche for herself within Hololive with her unique style. For a future reaction I'm gonna recommend Ina's new song Meconopsis, it's her second original song (since Violet in 2021) and has been in the works for quite a while. Ina did de art for it as well, so you know it's gonna look and sound amazing.

oh kiara has actually not done KD/A covers before, I don't think she has covered any k-pop songs so far actually. But a bunch of her original music is inspired by k-pop including DO U and Sleep Walking.

Something Bae truly is Bae...and sometimes Bae is that rat in the cupboard in the corner of your eye.
Once more I'm recommending Matsuri's cover of プロポーズ/Propose, because it's massively underappreciated.
Bae covering Los Los Los was a perfect match, she crushed it. She was always good at these crazy-singing type of songs, but this probably her best performance with one of those (with PSYCHO).

Kiara has found her style and she's going hard at it. As someone not too big into K-Pop-style songs, some of hers I still enjoy and Chimera is certainly one of them. Also shout-out to Kanauru for the amazing animation, always a blessing.

Also, Chimera by Kiara was most likely created as her attempt to get into Eurovision, but she released it later after she didn't get in. With all the issues surrounding this year's show, it's probably for the best that she wasn't involved.
Aoi Yuuki did say she hoped to sing the song together with Bae someday at Bae's Birthday live.. Bae is just too shy to reach back out and ask.

The recent stuff the Holo girls are producing is absolutely amazing, but there are some *OLD* gems that are absolutely not to be underestimated either.
These two covers especially cemented for me that these girls are amazing singers:
- "Bakushou" from Omaru Polka (on her channel as "爆笑 - 尾丸ポルカ(cover/4K)") - pretty much the prototype for all her later songs that tend towards the "unhinged" side, and just what I would call "Polka-core".
- "Lost Petri" from Nekomata Okayu (on her channel as "失楽ペトリ / 猫又おかゆ(cover)") - an awesome showcase of her vocal talent, before she even was comfortable enough with her voice to actually lean into it.
Both around 3 years old now, but I can't help but throw them onto my Watch Later playlist every time the algorithm brings them back up, and keep them there for weeks, listening to them every day when I start up the vods I missed while I was asleep/at work. Can't recommend them enough.

Fun fact: Bae recorded this after she flew back to Australia from Japan before moving to Japan permanently. Her throat wasn't in good condition as she was coming down with airline sickness (she gets sick every time she flies from Japan to Australia), and was struck down with a 39C fever the next day.
Also, I'm surprised only 1 other person mentioned that what she's wearing in the song is actually her new live2D outfit. She's been wearing it in every stream since she debuted it.

You're not crazy! Hololive members have been getting better and better, especially within the last year. I remember about a year ago hearing that Hololive hired a dedicated "Talent Music Director" or something to that effect. Could be that we're starting to see the fruits of that hiring. It certainly feels like talents across the board are getting better at finding styles and ranges that suit their voices.

Kiara is a GERMAN who's first language is such, but is in the ENGLISH branch of Hololive, yet is a natural in JAPANESE. She lives in AUSTRIA but is called an ALSTRALIAN, but her preferred genre of performance is KOREAN pop. She also has an INDONISIAN "daughter" in Kobo
A Chimera is well known as a creature with a lion body and head, goat head on the side, and snake tail. But it can also be considered a creature that is a monstrous cobble of multiple creatures

For Bae I can just say that theres a reason why Calli, not long after Bae's deput, said that Hololive struck gold with her. She may have had a slow start, like all of Promise, and for a long time her impressive songs were too underrated for how good they are, but in the last 6 month Bae made huge steps forward. She gets alot more recognition and is involved in alot of works. I think Bae has the talent and the basics to become one of Hololive's top 5 Vtubers.
The kiara song, AH!, i never understood what it was from just kept seeing things about it, THIS is where!, so context apparently if you are on computer and hit 4 (i believe its 4?) it will put you right on, a certain shot of the song and it, blew up with clips about it
