    That MIDDLE HIT.. If a team can get the ball in the middle foul line extended that will collapse any zone or defensive especially with the right person flashing the middle.. a zone defense is easy to beat.. great video

      Love that my man. Hope you're a coach that teaches your players concepts and how to play freely instead of running set plays.

    bro you have anything on the fadeway; especially the MJ post fade? that would be great

    • @CoachFrikki
      @CoachFrikki  2 года назад +3

      I'm a big believer in threes and layups.
      Fades, post fades and midrange shots are not efficient. NBA players only shoot them around 40% on average.
      That's why I'm not gonna be covering post fades.

      @@CoachFrikki i see. I have a different opinion on that BUT i was so impressed by your work on how you explain and breakdown stuff i was thinking maybe you could be the one who can do the best job to do it. I know there are vids about the fadeaway out there but it doesn't cover everything. Anyways keep up the good work bro and mad respects to you. Take it easy 🙂

    It starts to get horrible for the defense when the high post guy can get a bucket from that spot. May as well throw the whole zone away.

    doesn't this only work if you have teammates that can pass and cut? I hate cutting constantly, just for a teammate to chuck a contested shot then I gotta run back on d especially when I'm outta shape lol. Also, I feel like nowadays a lot of people never put their hands in the passing lanes or call my backdoors (if I'm weakside, I try to call out the backdoor for the ball side). I hope finals went well for you.
