Albert Hammond and lyricist Mike Hazlewood wrote the 1972 song "It Never Rains in Southern California." It talks about the struggles of a singer who moves to L.A. to pursue a career but ends up being homeless. Hammond: "One of my most important songs not only because I think it's a great song and I love it and I think it tells the story of my life in a way."

Discovering Albert Hammond for the first time, his guitar tones match so perfectly with the lyrical words of the song. Thanks God it is not hard metal pop. He isn't insisting that one must listen to want the singer is singing like Bruce Springsteen in " Born in America", I even find some Beatles songs very harsh to my sensitive ears, Pink Floyd I have never listened. 😂😂😂😂.

And now the drought is over; actually towards the beginning of 2017. . . It will have a drought again in the future. California has had droughts that have lasted for a few hundred years. The last one ended in the late 1600's.
